Check your receipt before you leave!
I had a birthday rewards that was no longer under my account 4 days after my birthday when I was in store. The employee suggested I call customer service for help. So ridiculous. I’m not calling customer service for a free item 4 days following my bday. I don’t need a free item that bad. The manager was called over and told the employee to provide me the reward, which was much appreciated. I asked at checkout if my birthday reward had been removed from my total and it did not. The employee struggled and then seemingly figured it out. I paid and she showed me on the receipt where it said zero dollars. Once at dinner, I looked closer at my receipt and the girl charged me $0.00 for one random merchandise item instead of taking an item off. And then obviously lied about it. When I wasn’t willing to call customer service before, I am now because this cashier is trash. So I still paid for my “free” item and was lied to.
I called customer service and and they apologized and said they would send me a virtual gift card to make it right and I appreciate them for that, but this employee should be trained on how not to lie to customers and how to do her job.
Don’t go here! Go to a different location.

Read moreToday I went to Bath and Body Works at Washington Square mall, the service was absolutely horrible, I bought glass candle holders and soap holders, I asked Maylet Lopez if she can rap the items so they don’t break or chip while it’s in the bag, and she refused to rap the items because some how they didn’t have any paper. There was another girl that told me if I buy something glass they will be able to wrap it, but clearly I guess Maylet didn’t want to give the whole service to make the customer happy. Maylet was also very rude and demanding, she told me I can’t spend more than 10 minutes at the register. I’ve been shopping at Bath and Body for years and this is the first time an employee of Bath and Body Works told me that.
