Where do I start? This place is amazing! When my now fiance and I started talking about marriage I started to show him rings I liked and ended up finding the ring of my dreams. Well, that ring was way out of our price range. That's when his mom told us about Jensen's and how they can custom make me my ring. So we took a trip in and that's when we met Kaitlin, she's the one who has worked with us through this whole process by telling us about how the ring is made and having the designer show us each stage the ring goes through in the back. We showed her some pictures and we sent her several to her email and they gave me an estimated quote right away. We didn't have to put any money down and they began the process. Kaitlin updated him every step of the process and would send him pictures of the steps. After they were done, they mailed it out to him, since we live in Tennessee, for him to propose the weekend to follow. To tell you I am in love with my ring is an understatement. We now just got done making my wedding band and we received it last week and it is gorgeous. My unique engagement and wedding band fit perfectly together and is better than I could have ever expected or dreamed of with great customer service, great quality, and great prices. My ring cost us 60% less than what it would have cost us to buy from this other company and I even got to add and take away things I wanted...

Dave and Kaitlin, along with the rest of the staff at Jensen Jewelers, were so great to work when creating my husband’s and my wedding band. My husband and I both live out of town, and like most brides and grooms, had a crazy schedule in the weeks leading up to our wedding. Dave and Kaitlin were so accommodating of our crazy schedule and gave us reassurance that we would have our dream wedding bands in time for the wedding. They were right! Our rings turned out beautiful and are even better than we both expected! They were extremely patient with my indecisiveness through the whole process in selecting my wedding band design and were never pushy. Dealing with Jensen’s was an incredible experience. My wife and I had learned about Jensen Jewelers from a friend after we had gotten engaged and decided to get our wedding rings from there. From start to finish, Jensen’s was there every step of the way. Kaitlin and Dave were so patient and made sure we decided on the exact rings we wanted. For my wife’s wedding band, she had decided to go with something custom and Kaitlin had molds and images mocked up to show her what it would look like. After a few tweaks and different ideas (each Kaitlin made a mold and images for) we settled on one. Kaitlin sent over pictures comparing it to the original mold and a band we were using as a starting point to compare. A lot of our process was done over email in between going in to physically check out the molds.
