Always leave this place feeling like I was robbed. Owner's smooth talking and bubbly personality makes you feel like he is doing you a favor while draining your wallet. His enthusiasm and guaranteed fair deal and high quality work sucks you in.

When you break down the receipt it makes zero sense, as there are parts and labor that doesn't even apply. Every single time I go here same story for 30 years.

I'm sure soon after this I will see auto sound on the caller id wanting to discuss it, but what's done is done and I don't need it explained to me 6 different ways why it was right. Everyone has to make money. But not by milking every customer that walks in for every penny. I know business is slow...but If I operated a shop I would think giving fair deals and then collecting tips would be a better way to retain customers and make money. ...

Mark quoted one price then when he said he needed to charge more. I explained he needed to talk to my husband, so I got him on my cell phone. The owner got on my phone to talk then threw my phone onto the counter at me. He didn't try to talk about anything with my husband. Then I tried to hand him a credit card when he said "we don't take discover!" (very rude) and threw it onto the counter; towards me. I was never rude, I never argued about what he was saying. Just asked that he talked to my husband (the person he had set everything up with). I would expect better customer service from a business. I will never go back and will never recommend to anyone else. Terrible...

Sorry Scott! My previous review was supposed to be for cartoyz. Not autosound! I haven't been in in over a year because the subs I purchased from you guys are great!!! Still going strong! Had a great experience here mark and Scott always willing to help out. Definitely recommend autosound expessilly if you have the crazy idea of going to cartoyz. Go an check out there clearance table always seem to have great deals on it. Plus why your there you can preview all of the mids they have for sell. Authorized kicker dealer!
