WHY SHE GOES AGAIN WITH AN ATTITUDE..CAN NOT GIVE YOU DISCOUNT YOU ARE BUYING FIR SOMEONE ELSE...I SAID WE ARE SAME BANK ACCOUNT..WE ARE FROM OUT OF TOWN LOOK AT MY I.D. SHE TOLD ME THE ONLY WAY I COULD GIVE YOU YOUR DISCOUNT IS BY PAYING CASH...I CALLED A SUPERVISOR AND EXPLAINED OUR SITUATION..VERY NICE GENTELMAN CAME I EXPLAINED TO HIM WHAT WAS GOING ON..FINALLY HEVTOKD HER HE WILL AUTHORIZED THE TRANSACTION . Read moreToday I walked into Ross to purchase an MK purse for a close friend of mine’s. I found what I thought was the perfect Michael Kors purse. I approached the register and after payment was already tendered, I realized that it was an LK bag instead, this was not what I was looking for. It looked extremely similar. Once I got a closer look at the purse and realized my mistake, I asked if I could return the purse. To my surprise, the clerk said she could return it at that same instance without me having to return to the line. I thanked her. She placed the purse behind her on the shelf and pulled her headset/walkie closer to her and said something derogatory in Spanish over the walkie about me. Because I am bilingual, I was so in shock. The loss prevention staff at the front looked directly at me; I am guessing she was able to hear this over the walkie as well. I let her know what she said was unprofessional and unnecessary, thinking she would feel some kind of remorse. Instead, she called the next guest to her check stand.
