Shane sales associate was extremely helpful and treated me as a valuable customer! He was precise and timely with my project and I appreciate that!!!

Ashley sales associate was very creative and insightful with helping us with a flyers. The store was closing and she was still attentive to our needs! How great are these associates!!!

Shane again very accommodating to me as I requested 2 different jobs for completion. The thing I admire him most about is his nonjudgmental attitude of my poor tech skills. There are many customers out there who need assistance and he is one of those employees who demonstrates that without any attitude or judgment. More appreciated than you know!!!’

Another fantastic experience with Shane-I go in to request a project and he was able to find exactly what I was looking for and produce. I love how patient and efficient he is. He never shows being annoyed and always goes the extra mile! He is amazing!!

May1,2023 Shane again was a great help to ensure my order was completed. Unfortunately the exact product I needed was out of stock but he found a comparable one for me. He called and communicated a different solution and also worked it out where I would buy a certain amount to make sure the price was comparable to the other product I needed. He is so helpful and a great problem solver as he maintains professionalism! Thank you Shane! He makes ordering less stressful as he helps to meet deadlines and finds solutions applicable to the customer!!!

Someone please tell these employees and managers that they should keep their doors unlocked until close. I went to the doors at 8:54 PM and they were locked. And then the manager had the nerve to say “I’m closing up in two minutes. What are you getting?” I come here all the time and live across the street. That’s not professional or friendly.

6/13/2025 Items on clearance are not placed with the right prices and skus… I got to the register and the product was $12 more than where the extension cord was displayed to be… and then the employees didn’t even try to help me with the pricing. They just looked at me like a magic trick was going to happen. Hire better.

9/11/2025 A brand new sharpie metallic pen I purchased yesterday, exploded on my Novelty HODGETWINS shirt while writing addresses on post cards for business, that I simply wanted to wear on 9/11. The store manager said he can only replace the marker and that he can’t help me with my shirt because it happened when I left the store. He told me to call Sharpie. These companies take zero responsibility. I guess I have to call Sharpie. And this is exactly the reasons why I rather support Amazon these days. Because even the people who are here to...

I went to buy a laptop, although there were limited offers. I chose a displayed computer ( i think Dell) . One of the staff member went to find it in the stock, because it was available as he told me. After waiting the the guy for about 10 minutes searching for it, he came and told me we are sorry, we do not have it in the stock. I chose another one that he told me it was available (because he checked in his electronic device). Again after waiting a few minutes, he came to me and said this one is not in the stock as well, we are sorry. I finally chose the last one (Toshiba and more expensive ) and again after searching for it for a few minutes in the stock, he came and told me we do not have as well,we are sorry. I really do not know why they display items if there are not available. I made my decision that i am not going to purchase anything for this store even a piece of paper because simply i wasted a valuable time waiting...
