Instead of taking my order number down or scanning the email that was attached to my confirmation they made me go back to my car to grab my ID for my pickup which was really unnecessary. Why would I have the email confirmation and statement on my bank account if I was stealing someone else’s order? I understand needing confirmation / identification but the order number should have been enough I’ve been doing pickups from Ulta for about a year now and I’ve never had that be an issue, of course the ONE time I run in and leave my wallet in the car they ask for an ID. Not so convenient. The “manager” who served me , jennifer , had an extremely passive aggressive undertone. She repeatedly kept waxing the same areas over and over again. Any professional should know while waxing you can only go over an area once. The hair on my eyebrows does not even grow as far down as the burns are. I do not understand why she was waxing my eyelids. Not only did she burn the skin on my face off, she left me with two black rectangular boxes for eyebrows after I asked for a tint. I came home and immediately washed it off. Read moreEmployees were very nice, but one of the managers spoke me to me in a very rude and condescending tone which i did not appreciate. i received an in store credit after a recent return prior to this experience and the employee made a mistake processing it which turned into an issue i had to resolve. although it was the fault of the store, the manager was very impolite when speaking and explaining things to me. not appreciated, especially when i was very understanding and called the gift card customer service on my own to try and resolve the issue for them as they told me to (this customer service line told the store literally did not activate the card as they should have) nottt...
