Save-Mor Drugs — Attraction in Town of Cortlandt

judging by how many people have the same experience, something fishy is going on at SM. My original (glowing, couldn’t be better) review from 5 years ago is below. Now, like many others, I wish they had a zero stars or fewer option…I was a customer at this pharmacy for 13 years. Knew everyone by name. They were the best. Now, every medicine is on “back order”. One of these meds is probably in your house right now. It’s a prescription that everyone has had in their home for 50 years (guessing)…..I need this med on Memorial Day & they are one of the few pharmacies open. I call today & explain this. It was like an alternate world version of save mor. They were robotic, annoyed, rude and insisted this one med that everyone has - is “backordered”. Or “they have a limited supply” like some customers are worthy and others are not…. I am just so disappointed in the changes they have made. Definitely not the local mom & pop place they used to be. It’s too bad.

There's a reason I go to Save Mor Drugs and that's to experience that mom and pop feeling we all so desperately crave nowadays but which is nearly impossible to find anywhere. And I always get to experience that whenever Sandy and Andie are helping me at Save Mor. They are not only the loveliest people I've ever had the joy of interacting with but they go above and beyond for their customers to help them in any and all ways possible. Where others might make you feel like you are burdening them in looking for help from them, that is not the experience you get from these two individuals. They will take the time to listen and actually hear what you are saying and look to figure out a way to help you and resolve whatever problems you may be facing. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for that true customer service feel and attention to detail. They...

Today is July 6 on July 5bI called the pharmacist to ask if my prescription was still on back, order of worker said a pharmacist was going to call me back. This was around 4 PM on July 5. Never got a call back the next day on July 6. I called about 1 PM. Asked to speak to a pharmacist and why did they not call me back, the worker was very rude to me. I asked can I speak to a supervisor she said he said a supervisor wasn’t there then I asked to speak to a pharmacist somebody that was over him. He said the pharmacist was gonna tell you the same thing they would have to call you back when I asked for the pharmacist name he hung up the phone on me , I don’t have to deal with this. They’re paying money for your medicines so you won’t get sick. This is unacceptable. I will never recommend...
