Framebridge — Attraction in Town of Eastchester

The Framebridge in Bronxville always does a great job with our custom pieces! Stephen and his team are beyond amazing. Always welcoming and helpful. Stephen is skilled with bringing an idea to life. My wife and I had a concept to display our wedding photo on faux panels of black roses in a large frame. We shopped around and most framing stores were quoting high prices with one store stating they just wouldn’t be able to create the piece due to the complexity. Once we stepped into Framebridge, Stephen understood our vision and the piece came out exactly how he wanted at half the price of other stores. The frame sits above our fireplace and looks great. Stephen created another custom piece in which we had hotel keys of all the hotels we visited framed with the hotel city and year in text below each key. Looks amazing. We also love they sometimes do special in store events....

I had the pleasure of visiting the Framebridge store in Bronxville today, and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service I received from Stephen and Brandon. I brought in two album covers that were a bit of a challenge to frame, but they went above and beyond to find a solution that perfectly suited my needs.

They spent a significant amount of time working on the project, demonstrating their expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction. The level of care and professionalism they exhibited was truly commendable and pretty rare these days.

While I was extremely satisfied with the outcome, I must say that their expertise, personalized service and friendliness are what truly sets them apart. Found on google search and was so glad I did. I needed a 25th Anniversary silver style floating frame for a digital picture I had made through Etsy. Braedan was available and ready to help me figure out what I really wanted to do, by showing me different options for the picture I had. He was so patient and friendly which was very appreciated! Stephen the owner, was so friendly, knowledgeable, and was happy to be my second opinion, and helped me to settle on a beautiful floating frame! I did this all last minute and they made sure I received it before my Anniversary, and it came out just as expected!
