My lash tech was kind during my service however, my eye lashes came out nothing like I asked. I booked a natural set and the policy states how it’s 1:1 lash ratio (me not being a lash tech is like aight cool, sounds natural to me) During our consultation I showed her a very natural cat eye reference photo (left). It was NEVER disclosed that my eyelashes would look absolutely nothing like the photo because everyone’s lashes are different. I know it might seem like common sense but I genuinely didn’t know they’d come out more dramatic than I anticipated :/ I wear natural makeup so dramatic lashes stick out so much on me. She recommended dimension and I said yes thinking it would have a natural wet look with a little cat eye action. After they were finished, I said I loved them because I hate confrontation and the service was already 2 hours. I called exactly 20 min after to have an honest conversation with my tech about how I really felt. She ended up disclosing more info about this set after the fact instead of beforehand (my “consultation” was just me showing the picture and her AGREEING to being able to do it; it was about a one minute consultation) and that I had to pay full price for a new set. They look CLOSER to hybrid lashes which are nice for some but just not what I was looking for. In fact, on the outer corner of one eye, there are shorter extensions and it’s different on the other eye. The 1:1 ratio made me realize that I have more lashes on one eye that the other and the extensions definitely enunciated that :/ I received many comments saying my lashes look uneven :( I mean no harm from this review, it’s really just to let people know that the natural set is more on the dramatic side as clearly shown below. I just wanted to hop on here and give an honest review for both Flutter Lash & Beauty Boutique, as well as my Lash Specialist Tasha. Prior to heading to the salon—I had no idea what to expect as I had never done anything to my lashes before—therefore I reached out via the website and asked a million and one questions, which were all answered with ease. Not only did Tasha answer my questions, but she made me feel comfortable enough coming to her even with all my skin sensitivities. Upon arrival, I was greeted by two nice women—one being Tasha. Tasha was just such a pleasure. I can’t even begin to express that enough. From the start of my lash experience to when I was finished—Tasha walked me through the entire process step-by-step—putting my mind at ease—while even cracking jokes along the way to make the process feel as if it took minutes. The entire 45 minute experience felt as if it were just a matter of minutes, because we both simply enjoyed ourselves sharing conversations and experiences—almost as if we had known each other from a previous time. Tasha was so easy to talk with and ask questions to—so much so that you won’t be disappointed in your experience or the outcome. Once Tasha was finished—my eyelashes popped and looked so beautiful. Not only did it look as if I were already wearing mascara, but they just simply looked flawless. Tasha is an expert in her field and knows exactly what she is doing. They reschedule your appointment whenever they want. The very first time I made the appointment they changed it saying the girl isn’t available who does that. But If the customer gets even 5 to 10 mins they ask you to make another deposit and make you reschedule. Worst customer service. I made appointment for lashes and eyebrows, but then she said eyebrows can’t be done coz the staff / girl is not available. Don’t waste your time and money there.

I’m writing in response to the answer you wrote for the review I gave. When I first called you , you said I have to book an appointment online before coming otherwise you won’t schedule my appointment. I said I don’t know about the procedure name and which specific procedure I should go for. So you said you can just book one and we ll have a consultation and tell you what you should be doing. When I reached there the girl said the girl who dies eyebrows is not in. Also u did tell me about the girls emergency. If you can replace your appointments and girls however fit you , if your staff can have emergency I cant. And 5 to 10 mins is grace period for every appointment. Come on this is New York. Also you refused to take my sister in , she came all the way to get done hers , but you guys said NO we cannot take you. Have to reschedule, she was willing to reschedule and then another thing you said which I was shocked that she has to pay again just to book an appointment online. You guys just rob...
