I highly recommend Dave’s bounce and play. After I had decided I wanted to do a soft play set up for my sons first birthday I started to look into the different company’s. After narrowing it down it was between Dave and another only soft play company. I liked the setup that I saw in the pictures on Dave’s website and after speaking with him knew I wanted to use them. I am happy to say I chose right, my original plan was to have the party outdoors with plenty of span e but the weather had different ideas so we ended up having to be inside with less space. I was not there for the setup but my husband said he was extremely professional and helpful and made it work for us. The set up was prefect all the kids had so much fun which makes it all worth it. Dave’s Bounce and Play will make your kid’s party ROCK!!!! I rented the 3 - 1 obstacle course bounce/rock wall/slide for my daughter’s party. This is perfect for all ages, especially school-age children. I wanted something exciting enough to give them a thrill and that’s exactly what they got! I had multiple activities going on but this was the main attraction by far! -Excellent customer service: They followed up with me and answered my many questions with patience and in a timely manner. -Knowledgeable: Able to assess by a picture what inflatable would fit. -Punctual: Inflatable set up before party. This was my first time renting a bounce house and Dave and his team did an excellent job in answering my questions in regards to the booking. My son and his friends had a blast thanks to the bounce house rental from Dave’s bounce and play! Was concerned there was not enough yard space for a bounce house but thankfully the selected one fit just right! They contacted me and asked if I was interested in setup for the day prior to the event which actually was great because it helped make setup the day of the event easier. Delivery team was great and they really accommodated me in terms of pickup the same day of the event which was somewhat late on a Saturday all the way in Queens. The guy who picked up literally had everything packed and ready to go in less than 10 minutes by himself. Recommended them to our friends as for the price the bounce house rental is excellent!
