Unfortunately they might be a great local store but their online business I would not recommend especially if your looking for something special . Spoke to salesmen regarding a limited release masters collection Woodford Reserve. Was told they have 3 bottles left would take one off floor so go ahead and order online . Checked back a few days later “ still working on orders from earlier in month not to worry you will receive email once we’ve shipped “ ok no problem fast forward another 3 days received call apologizing but unfortunately the bottle you requested is no longer available . Spoke to manager she stated those bottles were allocated for a local customer and should have never been out on site for sale . Well if they expect their online business to grow they need to have a much better awareness of product availability and not “ allocate for local client “ after I had already secured bottle with them . Very disappointed, look somewhere else for any limited release bottles they don’t prioritize customers online that had reserved the bottle first and...

Very helpful staff. Many are knowledgable on the product, or willing to find you someone who is. One time they were even able to help us identify a red wine we had tried at a downtown venue during jazz fest, simply from our description of the bottle and the taste!

They offer a very A big selection, and the prices for the few things we've bought seemed reasonable, but I'm not much of an expert. Staff doesn't seem to care if you're buying an expensive top shelf item or a cheap bottle of wine, each time I have gone the service was helpful regardless of the size of my check.

I only remove one star because if you go during a very busy time and dont really know what you want--say you're picking up a gift or an item for a party-- and you cant find staff to help, the place is almost too big and overwhelming for a neophyte, particularly in the wine department. Poor service 🥂 I ordered 12 bottles of Mt veeder to have delivered in Florida for our anniversary. They called to say they only had 10 bottles after I paid for 12. I talked to Mike Martin who said it would be up in the front with my name on it and he would credit $45 shipping and 2 bottles. After 30 minutes they finally figured it out( said they didn’t know where it was?, I didn’t pay for it! Called Mike Martin who said he didn’t know anything about it - talked on the phone with him last week and he said he would take care of Everything) Manager came out and said is everything ok?
