Our nearly 15-year old fridge died on a snowy Friday afternoon, and it was clear a replacement was needed. We made it to Rochester Appliance about an hour before closing, told the very friendly representative what we were looking for, and were given a tour of scratch-and-dent floor models that are brand-new but have minor cosmetic damage. We quickly picked out a higher-end Frigidaire French door model that was available at significant discount due to a scrape on the left-hand side.

That was Friday afternoon; the delivery crew showed up first thing on Monday morning and did a great, careful and meticulous job installing our new fridge, which required a fair bit of doing considering the tight corners and turns in our 100-year old house.

This marks the second time we've bought from Rochester Appliance, having previously purchased laundry machines, including another, heavily-discounted scratch-and-dent floor model Electrolux washer. That was also an excellent experience.

We love our new fridge, are delighted to have it installed just days after our old one died, and are so happy to have Rochester Appliance and the excellent service and selection they provide available locally. We'll definitely be using them for all our appliance needs. Highly...

My original visit was in early 2024 when I bought a fridge. The process was excellent. I was welcomed to check out the warehouse, selected a fridge without any pressure, and bought it along with the warranty.

Delivery and installation was a breeze, and my fridge was great. Right up until this week when it was acting up. We called the support team at Rochester Appliance, they sent a tech within days, and his diagnosis was an issue with the manufacturing of the fridge.

The very next day I was back at the store, and was able to replace my fridge, the store charged me nothing, instead opting to receive the back pay from the manufacturer after the warranty was settled. They bumped me up and I'm receiving delivery of my new fridge Monday.

Every bit of this was made possible by Rick. In the two times I've been in I've interacted with Rick and the interaction he provides is second to none. It is not an exaggeration that I would campaign door to door for Rick if he wanted to swing the bat at public office.

No other store matters. Even if you don't need an appliance just go to Rochester Appliance and buy one. This company is one of the best in this city, and if 6 stars was an option...
