Bath & Body Works — Attraction in Town of North Hempstead

This location is such a gem. It’s my local store, which is such an added bonus. I called the store to see if they had an item in stock, mind you it’s the semi-annual sale, so they’re super busy, and Kristin actually put the call on hold and physically went to check and then placed the items on hold for me. This may seem like no big deal, but I must have called ten stores, and no one, I mean no one, actually went to check and just said no. Kristin is terrific!! She’s so sweet and helpful and caring. I also have had the utmost pleasure of being assisted by Samantha and Bernadette, and they are delightful, attentive and very helpful!! The manager of the store, Zorina, is THE BEST!! She sets the bar high and sets a wonderful precedent for her employees. In today’s day, where customer service has seriously dwindled, it’s so refreshing to actually be helped and cared for. I will definitely always be returning to this store, simply because of the staff. I feel so good when I leave the store. Yesterday was the first time that I received cheerful and wonderful customer service at this location. Derek greeted me as I walked in the door with a friendly welcoming smile and Susie went above and beyond to help me find a unique Christmas gift and helped me find many good deals in the store. Susie was very friendly and provided cheerful customer service. When it was time to pay for the gifts at the register, I spoke to Tracy the manager and she was very happy that I told her how wonderful her staff was. I really hope that more customers can take the time for write reviews and appreciate their hard work and dedication...

It's absolutely ridiculous that I have to wait in a line that's going to the front door for an online order. I wasn't greeted when I walked in and when I asked an associate if she could possibly get it for me she was rude and didn't even bother acknowledging me at first and then pointed to the long line.
