In store experience was great....delivery was horrid! They came to install my king size bed and mattress..we slept on it the first night. The bed was tilting in the middle..I am pregnant and woke up with horrible back pain and couldn't move..my husband who is already suffering of back pain couldn't move at all. Called to complain and the next available person could come look at it 4 days later...after paying 200 for delivery and installation and giving a very good tip I did not expect to sleep on the floor for another 4 days since I am still waiting for my couch to be delivered from them. My husband decided to take a look at it since we had nowhere to sleep... although his back pain he removed the mattress and what we saw was unbelievable...pieces of wood thrown right on the floor( I guess they thought we would never find out)all the middle pieces that keep the bed up were slanted...the boards weren't even screwed in...I cannot even begin to explain how mad I am. I will not...

This is a longer review however for a quick reference overall would not shop here ever again and definitely do not recommend. Select salesmen are incompetent and only out for sales/comission.

On 5/18/19, I along with my Mother came to this location in search of a chaise. I have purchased many items from this store in the past and overall had positive experiences. While searching in the store I found a gray chaise with some abrasions to the  lower portion. A salesman by the name of Ike Levy approached me to see if I needed assistance. I explained what I was looking for and he suggests another chaise across the store. We walk to that item but upon seeing it, I knew it was not what I was looking for. In the meantime my mother was sitting on a chaise that she found that she thought was what I was looking for. Upon looking at the item, I told Ike I was interested in the chaise and to please hold the ticket until I can help escort my elderly mother to view the 1st chaise with the abrasions (I was looking at purchasing 2 but in different colors).

After determining that the 1st chaise would not work, we proceed to check the measurements of the chaise that I requested Mr. Levy to hold. While ensuring that the item was undamaged because any items purchased from the clearance center are as is and final sale, he approaches saying that someone else wanted to buy it. I'm  shocked because one, I was literally looking at the item and second, I had told Ike that I was interested in the item! After finishing checking the item, I tell Ike I wished to purchase it. He walks away and comes back saying that he's sorry but someone  purchased it. I'm again shocked and angered as I told him I wanted the piece and second how very underhanded the salesmen went about to just get a sale/commission.

They literally sold the item despite knowing that they had a customer WITH the product with the intention of purchasing but because the other customer presented money first, they sold to them. If I knew how cut throat the buying process was, I would have went else where. They do not value customer service at all and the manager I spoke with, Lance Seidman, had a whatever attitude despite acknowledging that what happened was wrong.

If you do buy from here, take the red ticket off the item and hold it...

What a fantastic store! To be honest, I can’t recommend this store enough. It’s a true find. The sales representatives are all just so nice. My family and I had the pleasure of working with many of them. Eric has been our main sales representative during most transactions. He is such an incredibly kind and patient sales representative. My family and I all love him! He has been so welcoming to my niece who has special needs and never makes us feel pressured to buy. I love finding treasures because it’s always an absolute pleasure buying from him. The other representatives have been so friendly too! Even if they are not working with you, they always give us such a great warm welcome. They make us feel like family. The managers in the store, such as Steve, are all so friendly. Before finding this special store, I bought furniture from many of their competitors. I can’t begin to tell you the problems I had buying furniture from them (multiple times receiving damaged furniture). For three orders I placed, about a dozen deliveries were made to resolve issues. That’s not the case with Raymour Clearance Center! You see exactly what you get and you have the opportunity to make an informed decision.  I wish I would have known about them when I first started the furniture buying process. It would have helped make furnishing the house a more enjoyable experience. Thanks, team! Always a pleasure being a customer...
