Alex lived up to the hype! I had a broken Macbook Pro screen and brought it to the Apple Store all the way in the Smithaven Mall only to be told it had probably also "shorted out" my machine, and I should send it to the monstrously expensive Data Doctors to at least retrieve my files (when I called, those guys estimated just retrieving my data would be $400-$3000 or something insane like that). So I went to see Alex and he replaced my screen, good as new, with all data intact, for a bargain $800 — and he was very transparent about trying to save me money, noting I could also buy a "new" copy of my 2018 computer for around the same price. He was not pushy and I felt he was completely honest and knew his stuff. Needless to say, I now have my computer as good as new without having to transfer data or settle into a new machine. Amazing service . Alex and Jose fixed my custom built PC . They fixed the errors that were made from the initial install from the company I did it through . They were fast , efficient , the communication was fantastic and they explained everything to me before any work was done . With that being said , the prices were more than fair especially for the great quality work these men do . It's frustrating to see a couple of these 1* Reviews and realize that they are OBVIOUSLY from either the same person with different accounts or they all know each other and decided to ruin a companies rep for whatever reason.
