I would give them zero stars if it was an option, I was on vacation 3 weeks ago with two of my friends and they wanted to buy some shirts and light jackets to take home for souvenirs. I decided to buy three t-shirts for my wife while in the store. When I got home to Maryland, two of the shirts didn’t fit but I wasn’t concerned because I had already booked to return with my wife for another vacation this week. We went to the store with the two t-shirts in the store’s original bag with all the tags still on the shirts and the sales receipt and asked to EXCHANGE the shirts for a larger size. The person working the counter told me the only did exchanges within seven days of purchase. I explained to her that I live in Maryland and this was the first opportunity I had to exchange them and she could care less. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me she was the manager. I ended up leaving the store with two t-shirts that I paid $100 for and my wife cannot wear them because I bought the wrong size. BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH ANY BUSINESS THAT ONLY CARES ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY. THEY HAVE A BEAUTIFUL STORE WITH A GREAT SELECTION BUT THEIR STORE POLICY IS RIDICULOUS, I BOUGHT THE SHIRTS 3 WEEKS AGO. I DID NOT WANT A REFUND I JUST WANTED TO EXCHANGE THEM FOR A LARGER SIZE. I VACATION HERE AT LEAST 6 TIMES A YEAR AND NOT ONLY WILL I NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN, I WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYBODY THAT I COME IN CONTACT WITH KNOWS HOW POORLY THE TREAT CUSTOMERS. Read moreI went into the store looking for swimwear for a vacation that I'll be taking in the summer. I found two bathing suits that I was interested in but couldn't find a clerk to assist with sizes. A clerk finally passed me and I asked about sizing and she explained to me that if the size not out it may be sold out or I could wait for a new shipment to arrive. The clerk also was aware that I needed a fitting room and told me that the fitting room was available and didn't have to wait for a store clerk. I was okay with that and I took the four pieces (2 bikini bottoms and 2 tops)tried them on. I came out the dressing room and three store clerk was waiting for me. One of the clerks asked if she take the merchandise that I didn't want. I polite said no and kept looking for other items to purchase. I couldn't find a x-large bikini top so I left all the items on the return rack by the fitting room and I processed towards the exit. Read moreLOCALS BEWARE! We have a home a short walk away and always take our guests here. Well, NEVER AGAIN. Spent over $600 in one trip (and have spent easily a couple thousand there over time) Went back LESS THAN 24 HOURS to EXCHANGE a for the exact same pair of $100 flip flops. The rude manager made 3 different excuses in a matter of 30 seconds why she couldn’t EXCHANGE! Round one said they don’t take returns on shoes (uhhh, doesn’t say this anywhere in your policy). Round 2 said that I wore them, when I told her I only tried them on (the soles were white, you could tell they weren’t worn), THEN last ditch said I altered the product because I took the tag off (which I had the tag with me). You can’t reattach a tag? I will be sure to purchase my #Olukai sandals directly from the company for now on as their customer service is AMAZING.
