If I could give the two older Pharmacists negative stars I would. I lost my meds in Hurricane Ian and was simply trying to ask a question. Instead of letting me ask my question, they both talked over me & completely belittled me. I have had some not so nice pharmacy experiences in the past, but NEVER have I encountered rudeness from a pharmacist (let alone 2 at a time) on this level. Last I knew, it was their job to fill/refill what my doctor prescribed, end of storyâŚnot try to pick a fight with me and harass me about how much medication (which is not even much!) my doctor prescribes and speak down to me. Pharmacist Zhang personally cancelled my prescription, lied to my face about my doctor calling in and cancelling my prescription (which he assured me he absolutely did not), then claimed it wasn't being filled because my insurance rejected it (I don't have insurance), and then claimed they we're out of stock of one of the most common miracle drugs used around the world.    Read moreBought a $150 Vanilla Visa Mastercard gift card as a Christmas present only to realize that the gift card didn't even work. I took it back with the receipt that Walgreens gave me and they refused to refund me even though I hadn't spent the money on the gift card.
They said call the 1-800 number on the gift card. I spent hours talking to the awful Visa robot and never even got a refund.
