They were a real life saver for us. We were on vacation and had our back windshield shattered. Nobody, even Safelite, could do the job the same day and we could not use the car fork risk of getting a ticket. They went to Reno to get the windshield so that they could perform it the same day. Once we got the car in the shop, they replaced it fast and did a wonderful installation job. Again, not even a big company like Safelite could offer such service.
