Went in on two occasions and had a similar experience both times. First I was taking a set of earrings to jewlers and just asking what type of stone was in them after 3 jewlers unanimously had agreed at 3 different places (a few of them told me they had over 30 years experience ) that the stones were saphires the last place I asked said I should go to fast fix and ask for good measure. The owner was rude and abrupt didn't even look at the earings. He took o e look at me and said the earings were glass and worthless. The next time I went I was looking to possibly sell a watch I bought for a really good price. I was having a hard time finding any info about the watch on the internet. When I came in the owner did a quick goodle search and came up with nothing and told me the watch wasn't even worth 20 bucks and acted rude and demeaning. He assured me that he had 20 years experience an there was no way he was mistaken. I was able to contact the maker recently and inquired about the watch. Apparently it was originally a 600 dollar Swiss time piece and only 903 were ever produced so it is extremely rare (why I couldn't find info) and the value had skyrocketed because of the rarity. So in short the owner is a complete fool who treats people like they are beneath him, but he really has no idea what he is doing and I wouldn't advise anyone in thier right mind to go...
Read moreI purchased this bracelet and each time it has been worn, it has broken that same day, while just wearing it, not doing any strenuous activities. The first time they repaired it, it took less than 10 minutes. 2nd time they kept it a few days so I was hopeful we would not have the same issues but it broke again the next time it was worn. While waiting for them to repair it the 1st time, I read reviews to see if I’m the only one that has had these issues. The older man who I assume is the owner, walked up to me to give me the bracelet and immediately became combative and rudely accused me of leaving him a bad review (which I wasn’t even typing). He felt that since I “only” paid $100 for the bracelet, I shouldn’t expect it to last, even though it was only worn 1x before needing it fixed that first time. He was also the person that sold me the bracelet but seemed upset I got it for that price. I definitely will not be giving this place any more of my business and will pay another place to fix it this time even though there’s still a warranty on...
Read moreI'm highly disappointed with Fast Fix Jewelry. Before embarking on a 6-month travel journey, I went to put a new battery in my watch. The lady said it would take at least 30 minutes to do and would cost $45.95. Friends and family told me that for them, it usually only costs around $20.00. I asked the woman why it was so expensive and she said it was the brand of my watch (valued around $200). I said okay and walked around the mall while waiting for my watch to be fixed. I came back to pick up my watch and pay. A customer paying before me had only paid $19.95 to have her battery replaced on her Bvlgari watch (valued around $4,000). I confronted the woman about the price difference between myself and the customer who paid before me. She then went quiet and said that she didn't know why that woman received a cheaper price. When I asked to speak to the manager she said that she would just charge me $19.95. I felt taken advantage of, upset, and frustrated with the slow service (and lack of care to clean...
