TL;DR Three out of five stars for quick and functional work, but with inflexible customer service and shortcuts taken in servicing your hardware that doesn’t measure up to the price. Like most customer service issues, the problem is usually not the initial issue, but the reaction to it. I brought my joycons in with a custom shell replacement to have installed. The turnaround was pretty quick, less than 24 hours. The price seemed appropriate at the time. However, the directional buttons were arranged differently. I fully admit outright this is small, and simply cosmetic - but I had supplied my own parts and paid decent money to have the customizations installed. I addressed it at pickup, hoping I could leave it there for another day to be fixed. The real issue came when the technician told me that the buttons could only fit (and operate) in that particular array. Even after I showed him pictures of the disassembled parts button pieces, to demonstrate they all can easily interchangeably rotate, the technician again dismissed it as inaccurate suggested I take any issue up with the manufacturer. I felt like I was being waived out of the store. I took it home, and fixed it myself. There was no issue whatsoever rearranging it. Alarmingly, I discovered several screws had not been replaced inside the controller. I am grateful the shell kit I ordered came with extras, and I was able to replace them myself. Disassembly was a little time consuming, which is why I originally paid to have someone else do it. But moving the two buttons around was simple, so either the technician genuinely did not believe you could rotate the buttons to fit in the various slots, or he did not want to spend the time and effort that I eventually had to. I was originally happy with the price, but was disappointed first when I had to spend more time on top of the cost of the service, and again when I discovered missing screws. I could have done the full replacement myself - but preferred to hire it out. Given everything I have described, I do not believe I got the value I paid for. Pictures included to demonstrate that yes, rearranging the buttons was possible.

Took an iPad and an iPhone 11 to them that was badly damaged, they probably had to fix the body for the digitizer and screen that I paid for, but the screen has yellow burn marks and hairs/debris on the inside. I was just happy to have the data, but not really worth the price. The screens feel bad, gritty and not smooth at all or genuine apple products.the iPad screen started loosing the adhesive quickly too and is separating from the housing. My iPhone 11 was repaired, but when I received the phone, it didn’t respond to touch at all. they replaced that faulty screen, then I had to bring it back because the screen had visible burn marks, large white yellowish spots. So they fixed that faulty screen too. Sadly this screen also has issues and glitches out a lot, it just navigates around on its own and freaks out everyday. It could be due to previous damage, 🤷‍♂️ But no one really talked to me about any of that, just a of couple kids who took my payment. It’s a great store with awesome items, but that’s just not enough for me All I know is I’m not satisfied and I just gave up on them entirely and cut my losses. I really wish I just mailed my phone to the tmobile repairs, but I wanted it done fast, sometimes it’s just not the best idea. I hate feeling like this towards a local business, and would rather have destain for the T-Mobile people instead. I had the repairs done around New Years and waited to make a review so I could calm down and have a clear head . I love the arcade, makes me feel like a child again, but still not happy with the phone or tablet. Hoping it was just me and not a common occurrence for customers.

Edit 11/30/21***** the “owner responded to me and informed me they have a 90 day warranty. Lol!! Notice how they waited til after 90 days to tell me that. Unbelievable, more of a reason to never use this place. I highly recommend steering clear of this establishment. I dropped my iPad off because it had a cracked screen and they quoted me at 140 to replace it. They called me and told me it was ready the next morning when I went in to pick it up the screen was not even aligned properly and the front facing camera was covered. I walked back into the mall and told them this and they told me they would call me when they fixed it again. They called me several hours later to let me know their screen was defective. I told the I wanted a refund and went and picked up the iPad which did not even have a functioning screen (said disabled). I then went to the Apple store where I should have gone in the beginning. They tried to give me a $50 credit for turning it in for a brand new iPad but I was unable to remove information from the iPad as the screen was now “defective”. So I ended up having to buy a brand new iPad thanks to this place. I left worse off than I was in the beginning with a slightly cracked iPad if I knew it was going to be this bad I would have just stayed with a cracked screen. If I could give zero stars I would. The Apple store experience was great despite me having to pay for a new iPad

BEWARE-DO NOT GO HERE FOR PHONE REPAIRS!

I took my iPhone there to get the screen repaired. I called the store from the SAME phone with no issues prior to any “repairs”. They replaced my screen with a screen that was lower quality than an apple screen, this was both visually and physically. The screen has a gleam and haziness that apples does not and the touch sensitivity is lower. But I figured this was the price I paid for taking my phone somewhere other than apple. So $93 later I get home, go to bed and go to work in the morning. No phone calls were made during this time. The next morning I’m at work and my team is attempting to contact me and my phone has no audio coming through. It was only when I used speaker phone that I was able to hear the person on the other end. So to sum it up, my phone went to Gamers warehouse with a screen issue and THATS IT and left with a speaker issue. My husband calls, the manager says they’re open until 7(the online hours are listed as 8) and I get around the corner nearing the store at 6:08 and their closing the gate for the store... Called, no answer. So glad I drove 30 minutes to get closed out before they were suppose to close. The next day we go back and they have my phone for an hour before calling my husband asking for another $100 because the “motherboard” went bad...and it would take a WEEK to fix. We proceeded to the store to speak in person as the guy at the counter is explaining that “when we take the back off, sometimes it depressurizes and causes the seal on the motherboard to come lose and malfunction.” So I asked why I needed to pay another $100 for something they’re aware was damaged during their repair process. They stated that they weren’t responsible for anything that they damaged during the repair and that’s what we signed for when getting the screen repaired. The guy told us that this happens all the time, so which I asked if he meant they broke customers phones all the time and he couldn’t give me any form of real answer. Needless to say, they did not repair my phone. I did not give them more money and my phone was repaired through other sources. They were also wrong about the problem and the resolution was simple and done for free. Now the question is whether this was done on purpose to drive more revenue through causing repairs to be needed or was this done by ignorance? Either way, I wouldn’t trust these people to clean my screen let alone perform any further repairs after what’s happened.

I sincerely hope this...

DO NOT GO HERE! I took my daughters iPad in to get the screen replaced and purchased a screen protector that's they put on. We bought a case and put the iPad in the case straight away. As soon as we gave it to her we noticed all the games were lagging really bad. I didn't think this was due to the new screen, but my mom insisted I take it in to ask anyway. I took it in and "Mikey" took it, took the rubber, shock resistant case off, and was playing around on it to see what the lag was that I told them about. I also showed him how the home screen button was sticking to the back of the screen protector they put on so it was getting stuck. For a good 5 minutes we were going to different apps so I could point out the lag and sticky button. He said he can see what I'm talking about, put it under warranty and would have the repair man call me the following day. The next day the repair man calls me, who is also the owner "Ramses" and says the iPad is not covered under warranty because of the huge crack going across the screen. And it's not just on the screen protector, it's under it on the screen. I went in there and sure enough, there's a huge crack going across the screen. I tell them that wasn't there before and even had the guy who I gave it to attest that there was no crack. The owner says "I looked at the tape and it wasn't dropped so there's nothing I can do." So there was NO crack when I took it in, and when I went to pick it up there's an obvious crack covering the entire screen. They broke my iPad and refused to take ownership and fix it. My daughters heart is broken because she was expecting to get the lag fixed and we ended up going home with a lagging iPad with a broken screen. I won't be going back there...
