Both myself and my wife were extremely annoyed by one of the security people from TenSeven security. This appears to be the security company employed by the Tulsa hills shopping center. I needed to pull off the road for a few minutes to make an important phone call so I pulled into one of the parking lots. One of the security people circled our car multiple times in the few minutes I was on the phone and then proceeded to park behind my vehicle. We were one of the only people in the area we parked and the security person circled just our vehicle. I’m guessing he was running my plates or something. I could tell he was doing something on a computer on the passenger side of his vehicle after he parked. The entire situation was extremely frustrating. I can’t imagine how we did anything worthy of suspicion in the 5 minutes we spent in the parking lot. The only thing I can think of is that because we own a fairly nice car the security person must of incorrectly assumed after looking at us that the vehicle was stolen or something. This is really just a word of caution to people who might want to shop at the Tulsa hills shopping center. You will be perceived as a potential wrongdoer by literally parking in the parking lot. What’s funny is me and my wife were just talking about how we had discovered a new area worth coming back too, but of course it was made very clear we aren’t welcome. I guess the security person wouldn’t assume that we have 5 engineering degrees between the two of...
Read moreI made a trip to this Cracker Barrel location because the one I usually buy from was out of the item I wwanted. I placed an online order which they somehow managed to lose! I had to wait an hour at curbside pick up! I notified them twice I had arrived before finally CALLING, to see if they had gotten my notifications of arrival, since no one was responding. This was when they finally told me they couldn't locate my order (40 min later.) They said the order was currently being pulled and would be right out. When the order was brought out, I noticed it felt extremely light, so I asked the gentleman to wait(he was already walking away) and checked the order to find they had brought me two PIECES of pie instead of the two WHOLE PIES I'd ordered. So I waited another 20 minutes while he went back inside and had them fix the issue! Luckily, they had 1 pie left of the type the other store had run out of and I got it. I would have been even more upset had they run out, when I'd gone to this store specifically for THAT REASON, sitting THAT long, them losing my order, then sending out the wrong order. The pies are quite expensive as it is, but this horrible customer service was absolutely OVER THE TOP. Then to top it all off, no one even apologized for the lack of consideration I was shown and that I had to wait an hour for a curbside pickup that should have been ready 30 minutes before I even arrived. Simply...
Read moreWe went to Panera Bread. My cousin and I had never been there. My sister recommend it. So the 3 of us went. We was not thrilled at all. They both got Poppy Seed, Strawberry, Chicken salads. They were large salads. I got a Chipotle Chicken sandwich. It was on flat bread. Was nothing special. You could not taste the Chipotle or Avacoda on it. Barely could see the Avacoda on it. Some places, I could barely see or even taste the chicken. You would think for $10.00, it would had more on it. They never asked, what size sandwich or salad we wanted. We got 3 small drinks. It was almost $45.00 for 2 salads and 1 sandwich. I'm sorry, but I will not be going back anytime soon. It was ok, but not that good. It differently was not worth $45.00 at all. If they would have put enough stuff on the sandwich to taste it, it might have been good at least. So if you like ordinary food, I suggest going some place else. My cousin was not pleased with it at all. My sister was ok with her salad. Nope not going back. Too expensive for, not being able to taste the ingredients in the sandwich. It was more like 2 pieces of flat bread stuck together. Because that's...
