The worst customer service experiences I’ve encountered at this location. Wont be back and you can tell the staff there does not care about the company image they wind-up poorly representing. The customer ahead of me had their order mishandled, and I soon found myself in the same boat — waiting nearly 20 minutes for my drinks with no update or acknowledgment. When I was finally asked if I had received my order and said no, the oldest woman working there (possibly a supervisor) rolled her eyes with a deeply unpleasant expression and didn’t say a word — no apology, no accountability, nothing. That attitude alone was upsetting, especially since I had remained patient. I asked for a partial refund, hoping they’d try to make things right, but they refused, and I admittedly didn’t leave quietly. Thought that would be the end of it. Instead, this same staff member follows me to the front of the store, stared me down in my car, and even exited the building to walk toward me while gesturing and laughing as I drove away. At that point, the behavior went beyond rude or unprofessional — it felt antagonistic and inappropriate. I’ve never experienced anything like it from staff at any establishment. Read moreI ordered smoothies on the app, and I walked into the store. No one greeted me or acknowledged me, even though employees were walking around the store and around me. I was the only customer in the store with four employees—one making smoothies, one walking around, one in the back prepping items, and another up front looking at something else.
The one walking around finally came up to me and said, “What do you need?”
I told her, “I placed an order for pickup.”
Her: “Through DoorDash?”
Me: “It was on the app.”
Her: “It’s over there,” she said rudely and pointed to some boxes where I assumed pickup orders go.
I’d never done a pickup order at this location. I usually go to locations with a drive-thru, so I was unaware of their process.
Me: “Oh, okay, well, I ordered smoothies.” (No smoothies were over there.)
Her: “Well, when it’s ready, it’ll be over there,” she said even more rudely than before!
Me: “Oh, okay, well, I’m sorry.”
Her: (Gives a super mean look and whispers to Amy.)
I stood and waited, and Amy came to help me and hand me my smoothies. She was kind and made sure I was well taken care of. So I asked her name and told her that I would be writing a review, but I wanted to make sure it was clear that she was kind while everyone else was not—especially the woman I had the interaction with above.

Read moreI ordered on the app for pickup. I got there a few minutes early, and they were still making the order. When they completed it, they took it to a family in the lobby, who opened all the food. They opened the items and saw that it was not what they ordered and took it back to the employees. The employee then re-wrapped it and placed it in the to go cubby.
I saw all this happen, and confirmed it was my order. I then took the food to the employee and requested they remake it since that family had been touching it. The employee stated they didn't touch it, but I explained that I saw it happen. She agreed to remake it and did, but when I got home, both of the flatbreads had hardly anything in them.
