I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT PURCHASE AN APPLIANCE FROM THIS BUSINESS. READ TIL THE END. I called the manufacturer about what it would cost to order the parts to fix it, and during our conversation he informed me that even if I had bought a new washer from Express appliances the manufacturer warranty is VOID because it is considered SECOND HAND because it was not purchased from the original authorized dealer that bought it directly from the manufacturer. I bought a refurbished washer 11/20/2024. The gentleman I spoke to about the washer assured me that it was in great working order and that they replace parts, fix and repair all their used washers they receive. I bought the washer 11/20/2024, and on 3/12/24 the washer started leaking water every time I wash a load of clothes. I called Express Appliances, and they said sorry there was nothing they could do because they only gave a 30 day warranty, and didn't guarantee the work, or parts, or labor that was done on the washer. Obviously they did not refurbish this washer, and did not replace any parts. I got scammed out of $580.00 for a refurbished washer they knew didn't work correctly. I will never purchase appliances from this business again. I suggest you go to Home Depot, or Lowes where the appliance and warranties are backed by the manufacturer. I heard that express appliances purchase all of their washers and dryers and all their appliances from scratch and dent section and over stock from all the other outlets like Lowes, Home Depot, Sears, etc. (at a huge discount) and resell them to the public. I'd rather go to lowe's or Home Depot and get a full warranty that is backed and guaranteed by the manufacturer. Never again. This...
Read moreUPDATE The store manager called and ended up coming out and looking at our washer again, he quickly realized that the problem may have been related to the hose positioning, he ran a quick cycle after adjusting the hose and everything sounded good. Will run laundry again this week and see if that fixed the problem but at least now I feel like I actually paid $90 for something. And he's going to call with the cost to fix the clip. Will call them again, they really do seem to care and want all of their customers happy and satisfied.
My husband called these guys because our washer door clip got broken and it sometimes OE's during a wash cycle. This guy showed up, had my husband run a short load to see if it OE'd and it didn't so he said it is probably the bearings and we can fix that for $400... Oh and we can fix the clip but it will cost more for us to do it. Then he charged us $90. FOR NOTHING. He literally did nothing and he charged me $90! Apparently everyone else had a much better experience than we did, won't ever...
Read morePurchased a slightly damaged, but new Samsung refrigerator for a great price in August 2018. The refrigerator was missing the top freezer drawer, which the salesmen mentioned. We asked if they would get this part for us and they said yes, we will include this for free in your purchase. When we went to pick up the fridge they still did not have the drawer for us, but claimed they would call us when it was in. At this point we were still happy with Express appliance and would have left a 4- 5 star review because we have also purchased a few other appliances here and have been very please with them. We waited a month and heard nothing, so we called and inquired. The person who sold us the fridge answered and was extremely rude to my wife. He yelled, "we will call you when its in do not call us about it again". That phone call occurred in September 2018, it is now February 2019 and we have heard nothing. Very disappointed in their...
