Canyon Springs Extended Stay — Hotel in Twin Falls

While the beds are very comfortable, the staff isn't so friendly with the guests. Have been experiencing plenty of rudeness from front desk since I started staying recently. Had a maintenance man come into my room with no word of why he needed to come in in the first place! Front desk staff seemed like they didn't care at all about the guests, and more about getting some money!

You're lucky if you have a working television it turns out, best to just try and enjoy videos on your phone. Doesn't offer any wifi and no towels for rooms but you're welcome to buy a set of ten from them! The bathtub drain drains so slowly that you'll most likely end up standing in water over your ankles if you take a shower!

The best part is you'll end up paying at least $150 more for a room than they claim on their sign for $295 for a week!

Suggestions for anyone that comes to stay here is to bring your own towel, bring plenty of money, bring your own entertainment, and try to just avoid interacting with hotel staff as much as possible.

The new owners definitely have some work to do...

Checked out after 11am after cleaning the room for the staff. I was told I needed to vacate before 3:45 as my roommate at the time did not pay her portion. I Went as far as cleaning the outside windows so they wouldn’t have to (not that they go that far to clean anyway) I asked the hotel employee who is Jackie’s daughter to come do a walk through to ensure the room was being left clean to ensure I would get my deposit back. She told me she would tell Jackie the room was left in better condition then when I moved into the room. After a few weeks of not seeing my deposit back into my account I called back. Now I’m being told I cannot have my deposit back because they missed out on a sale for the room. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Don’t expect your deposit back if you’re going to stay there. No matter how clean it is, or them even telling you that you’ll get it back you won’t. Would not recommend staying at this extended stay. I am giving an honest review for the Canyon Springs extended stay. Hotel staff is friendly; doesn't excuse the fact their rooms have roaches/bed bugs. They also kept my $100 security deposit because I didn't have time to launder my bedding before check out. I only didn't have time because I left the room cleaner than It was given to me. I did take photos of roaches but it won't let me post here. Please don't stay here they charge way too much for a room with no stove also critters friends is disgusting!! Instead please try to rent from Vincent with new leaf properties; much better experience then the co-owners of this property. Editing to share: the reply to my review says they are fixing things for my next stay so it's better. I went to try to use WiFi and rent a room and Jackie came outside and told me to use WiFi somewhere else. Very rude and unprofessional people there.
