The room was clean and the queen beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. The linen was soft and pleasant to sleep in and wifi was good. The bathroom was clean. However it was quite small and basic. No nice shower head. The sink and mirror were outside of the bathroom. The location was good. The reason I am giving this a two star review is for two reasons: 1) we had to pay $20 extra for breakfast, but no breakfast buffet and you got a voucher for only one breakfast choice. It irked me to have to sit and wait 20 min to get an omelette for breakfast which wasn’t even salted well. And this is the $10 breakfast my son got. He is a football player! He needs more food than this! No good tea selections either. 2) This hotel is not worth $220. This is Twin Falls!!! When I pay $190 for a room at the Marriott Marquis, beautiful, huge, suite, in downtown San Francisco it irks me to pay this much for this level of hotel in a tiny Idaho town that all things considered is not much better than a super 8.

We ate at Duke's Grill because we're staying here for a couple of days after a long road trip coming down from Coeur d'Alene. We had Angela as a server tonight, and y'all- SHE'S INCREDIBLE!!! She catered to everyone, always meeting and anticipating everyone's needs, and was so attentive to detail! It is SO HARD to find people that care about their job, and it really shows with Angela - you can tell she has a positive attitude and loves her job and coworkers! Please let her know what a great job she does and compensate/promote her!!! She's an absolute gem, y'all need 10 of her!!! The chef was amazing too- got the temp on my husband's steak right (rare), and that's not easy!!! My southwest salad with pork and crunchy onions (pictured) was SO delicious, and I'm really picky about my salads! Really impressed with the food and service- very accommodating and easy going- great, great, great first impression for us!!! So impressed!!!

Excellent stay, good rooms and service, and great location. We stayed here on a road trip up to the Craters of the Moon, and we enjoyed our night here. The room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, the furnishings were modern and there were plenty of outlets. The bathroom was clean and the appliances worked well. The wifi was also good. Check-in was easy and staff were friendly. The location was good too, right off the Interstate and convenient to a bunch of restaurants and services. It was also a quick jaunt over to the waterfalls.

Traveled to Twin Falls to have a surgery and stayed here from the day prior to surgery to several days afterwards. This is probably one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. The room was spacious and comfortable, the cleaning staff was super friendly, responsive and thorough, the hotel staff was amazing, and the restaurant staff was top tier. I really cannot say enough positive things about my stay!

Location-wise this is pretty great. You have gas stations, restaurants and shopping near you. Twin Falls isn't terribly difficult to get around but the hotel staff was more than willing to provide recommendations and directions if I needed them.

I used all facilities except for the gym (for obvious reasons). The pool was a little on the chilly side but it was clean. The hot tub, however, gave my nails and skin a blue tint which freaked me out at first, so I believe they add some sort of dye to the hot tub. I still used it daily while I was there. The laundry area was great, I felt fine about leaving my washing while I ate breakfast and the cycle was over by the time I was finished. While I cannot speak for lunch and dinner, I did eat breakfast at the hotel every morning and never had a bad meal. Even though I couldn't eat the morning of my surgery my wife could, and the staff were more than happy to package up a breakfast for me so I could eat as soon as I was able. It was very kind of them.

Honestly what made this stay so fantastic was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was caring, compassionate, helpful, and friendly. They asked about my surgery, how I was recovering, if there was anything I needed to make my stay more comfortable. I was extremely impressed with this hotel and will be staying when I have to come back for...

I booked this hotel/location at the last minute as my husband and I were driving from San Diego to Boise and were due to arrive later than planned (and so could not reach our original destination at a decent hour.) Booking via the IHG mobile app was incredibly smooth, and when I called the front desk to confirm our late arrival they were incredibly helpful, polite, and accommodating. I also informed the agent that I was travelling with a service animal, which she noted. We arrived around 1230AM- the place looked brand new both inside and out, and the agents that greeted me were warm and welcoming. I was also happy to see all the health and safety measures in place, including social distancing signage, markers on the floor, masks on the employees and a plexi-glass shield installed at the desk. Check-in process went quick and smooth, and the agent also confirmed that she was aware of my service dog (who was with me at the time) without making me feel as if I was being called out. We were pretty tired from driving all day, so our focus was on getting rest, but I just want to mention how impressed I was by the actual room once we were able to start unloading. It looked/felt so clean, modern, and comfortable. Bathroom was sparkling, decor was stylish and in great shape, and the room was much more spacious than I anticipated. I only wish we weren't in such a rush to leave in the morning as I would have liked to try the restaurant. Overall, impressive stay- made me want to come up with a reason to come back and visit Twin Peaks just to stay...

We like to visit Twin Falls often, but the hotel we usually stay at had the hot tub broken down so I started calling around for a hotel with a working hot tub. Two others said theirs were broken, the front desk girl of this hotel assured me theirs was working so we went and PAID FOR A SECOND ROOM AT A SECOND HOTEL and we get there and the hot tub did not work, not only that but the water was brown! I went to the front and told her that it was not turning on, she did not offer to come help, nor to come see if maybe I was pushing the wrong button, didn’t apologize for lying to us about the hot tub working, nothing!! We just wanted to relax in a hot tub after hiking. We never would’ve gotten a room there if we knew the hot tub wasn’t working since we already had a room at a hotel with non working hot tub. Then there was NO manager on site and I spoke to several people to get a refund and never heard from the manager. We did stay another night at the Choice Hotel in Jerome which was excellent service, everything worked, clean and they had FREE BREAKFAST all for about $50 cheaper than this dump. I do not recommend staying at this holiday inn especially if you have kids, their pool are is not very sanitary at all! Also their pool is freezing and they don’t have free breakfast, not...
