This is by far the most unprofessional place I've visited in union city. I have had my screen replaced one time before going here and never had an issue with my IPHONE 6s PLUS!! The place I went to prior even went over a checklist wth me to make sure everything was working PERFECTLY before working on my phone. FYI that shows professionalism. This person never did any of that and that should already have been a red flag for me. Unfortunately we all just hope to never fall under those "SCAMMERS". I would advise anyone to please read carefully through reviews before going here, if there are any good reviews is most likely the guy himself is writing them out. I leave the place to come to find out my Touch ID scanner isn't working, I quickly went on my settings to check what was wrong. Nothing was wrong on settings I restarted the phone and still nothing. When I try to hit "enable Touch ID" i get an error message that says "touch IDcannot be enabled on this iPhone" REALLY??? this clearly has nothing to do with settings whatsoever. He then tells me now I need to backup my phone and RESET IT. LOL seriously?? As an ex manager for a cell phone company, I know resetting your phone has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with your Touch ID not working. And even if so, why would you want to go to someone who will make your life hell by having to reset your phone when you never had to go through that before? Believe me it's not Necessary. How can he possibly tell me to go back to where I got my screen replaced 2 months ago when it was brought to him perfectly fine. Touch ID was working FINE. It doesn't make any sense To me?? Messed with the wrong person buddy I forgot to add one more thing! He will email you and say to stop by the store that it will be get fixed but it's just for you to go...

I bought a used iphone 14 pro max from this shop. The deal was pretty good. 100% battery life, 512 gb of storage.

But after I used it on and tried to record audio memos and use dictation, it turned out that the microphone was faulty.

I too it back to this shop and Jay kept it for 3 weeks. I had to check in with him multiple times. While he fixed it and didn't charge me anything, the screen was damaged. It had blurry lines and and a spot was pressed in.

1 week later, I dropped the phone in an otterbox defender case on a carpet. The phone screen came apart. I had to take it to apple to fix it for about 500 bucks. Win-tech's repair was not done properly. Phones don't compe apart just because they're dropped on the carpet and in case.

I liked doing business with Jay but in this specific case I got a really bad experience, extra costs, wasted time and hassle.

If you buy anything from here, the deal may be good but you absolutely must test...

I hate to write a one star review, but I really wan't to help others by writing my story.

My huaband went for a screen replacement of his i-phone 10, front and back, costed him 140$. but on returning home we realized his face Id was not working. I have a toddler in the house , who broke the phone screen again. so after about a week we went back to the store and also mentioned to them that face id wasn't working.

The brown guy 'Jay' who works in the repairs apparently kept saying that face ID was unrelated to screen repair and that we should visit Apple store.we were not convinced. So went to another store on 19th st n bergneline avenue in Union city. and they changed the screen and my face Id is working again.

Its a shame they are still in business. Go here if you want to waste your money. I wish the Jay just accepted his mistake and helped us sort the issue instead of just trying...
