We were a party of 5 that came in at 7:45 PM. No one came to our table till 15 minutes later to greet us and take our drink order. At this point we also put in our food order since it took so long. About 10 min later only some of the drinks came out. About another 10 min later they brought out bread sticks and waters, yet no sign of the missing drinks. About 5 min later the salads and missing drinks came out. So about 40 minutes to get drinks. 1 person asked if they could get extra salad dressing on the side. When they brought out the big bowl of salad for the table, it had no dressing at all on it with a tiny bowl of salad dressing on the side. We then had to wait even longer for more salad dressing to come out so we could have an actual salad. Food came out 15 minutes later. Someone in our party asked if they could have an extra side of meat sauce, cause the pasta came out with barely a tablespoon of sauce in it, and they never received it. We never got soda refills and the dishes were not once cleared from the table. We had to keep stacking dishes so we have room to eat. No salt on the table either. No soda refill no extra sauce. No salt, dishes never cleared

The food is quite good! They have a nice variety of dishes and the staff is nice and personable. All main dishes are very large, and usually cost from $10 to $20. They offer unlimited soup or salad (and bread sticks) with each main course. The pictures shown are of their Five Cheese Ziti al Forno, brownie lasagna, and tiramisu. I particularly liked the brownie lasagna (free for birthday) and baked ziti ($14). I would also recommend the eggplant parmesan, chicken and gnocchi soup, minestrone soup, the garden salad, and calamari. The main downside is the wait time. Typically, when I go to Olive Garden, the wait time is from 45-90 minutes. You can make a reservation, but I like to use the time to go explore the stores in the area. You're given a disc that notifies you whenever your table is ready so you know to come back. Overall, I really recommend Olive Garden for any occasion. It's a nice restaurant with classic dishes, and as long as you're fine with the wait time.

At home, I did their wait list. It said 35-40 minutes. When we got there, we waited 20 minutes, which was the amount of time for 40 minutes. There were plenty of tables as we went back to be seated at an end table against a window. It was a bit chilly. The waitress got one of the drinks wrong (ice tea, coke, raspberry ice tea, and water). The salad for four was small and had 5 black olives. Bread sticks were good. The fettuccine chicken didn't have all the noodles cooked and lacked fettuccine sauce. The chicken was good. My shrimp scampi was ok. It had some shrimp that was barely warm, but it tasted good. The Chicken Marsalis was good, and Chicken and Shrimp was also good. Nothing was great. The total came to $99.13. The ladies' bathroom smelled like sewer. I was there about four years ago, and I still dislike this Olive Garden.

Was here last Wednesday. Waiter came to take our drink order and I put in an appetizer. Asked if we wanted to put in our order for entrees so we did.

Waited 25 mins and didn't see the waiter. Flagged down a manager and asked if we could at least get some bread and the salad. The manager said we didn't see our waiter because there was a problem with our order (a salad and a lasagna frita?) But brought us bread and salad.

Didn't see our waiter again for over an hour into our stay, when he brought us food. This was after we had been done our appetizer(which came burnt), for well over 45 mins. The entire dining room was waiting on stuff. The managers were busy dealing with so many angry costumers that no one bothered to come over and ask how we were doing. (Since we already Complained and we're visually upset)

We flagged down another manager about an hour and 50 mins in. He was trying to give a table across the room free dinner because they were livid with there service. Asked him if we could get boxes so we could maybe leave. We paid with the machine and left a terrible survey. He sent a bus boy with boxes, didn't bother to ask us how anything was. (Different manager then the first one)

The whole experience was terrible. 25 mins for bread and a salad. Then over an hour for food. No one cleared our table or asked us if we needed refills. Saw our waiter TWICE. 2 hours sitting there and no one asks us if we need anything. Had to flag people down for literally anything we needed. That included refills and then flag down another bus girl to get a straw to maybe drink it . We will not be going back.

I eat out a lot and that was by far the worst service I have ever received. You should fire every manager on duty that night and clean house. The staff need training in general.(tons of workers standing around gossiping, even within ears distance ,in the drink room about customers complaining...wonder why)The restaurant wasnt even that busy.. That particular olive garden is a stain on...

Where to start. We chose to dine at the bar and holy cow it was filthy with dirty plates on multiple tables and the bar counter. One bartender with very little help in this area. Eventually a busser came around but definitely not frequently enough to keep the pile up at bay.

The bartender was as attentive as she could be for being so busy, she clearly loves it because it translates to huge tips however I did notice a few things with her that didn’t sit well with me. She handled cash, cards, dirty glasses, clean glasses, dirty rags, cabinet doors, liquor bottles and fruit garnishes and did not wash her hands not once. It was a huge turn off for me. Hubby said he did see her dip her hands in the 3 bay sink but as we in food service know, a 3 bay sink is not a hand washing station.

Additionally the glasses hanging over our heads were filthy as in layers of dust grease and finger prints. I don’t care if they are only for decoration either keep them clean or remove them all together. Health code dictates that they are not stored in that environment so I’m not sure how they classify what is still hanging there.

At one point another employee comes around the bar to purchase Girl Scout cookies from the bartender and what could have been a quiet transaction ended up being a disruptive, distracting and annoying mess.

The food was bland actually tasteless and the tiramisu was frozen. I had to eat around the perimeter waiting for it to thaw. Thanks for the simply bad experience which serves to remind me why this restaurant fell off my list of favorite places to eat a long time ago. Do better...

Went out for my birthday dinner tonight with family. What a huge disappointment. First, it took way too long for most of our food to come out. When mine finally did arrive, it was loaded with salt. For the life of me I will never understand WHY restaurant chefs feel the need to load up their food with salt! THERE ARE ALREADY SALT SHAKERS ON THE TABLE! I waited patiently but the waitress never came back. I found another waitress and asked her to send our server. 10 more minutes and still nobody came! FINALLY my server came over and I sent the food back. I asked her to send the manager over so I could ask about what I could order from the menu that wasn't salted. The manager didn't come. Instead, they sent another menu! I gave up on ordering another entree and we just skipped to dessert, which was very good. Another issue - my ice water smelled like a wet dog. Clearly, either the ice machine hadn't been cleaned or the water spigot hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Mildew was forming and they were serving this to customers. When the manager finally did come she apologized and took my entree off the bill. (They should have just comped the whole meal) She said if I wanted something without salt I would have to peruse the electronic device on the table to read about sodium content. I have a better idea - WHY NOT REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF SALT IN ALL OF THE FOOD AND LET CUSTOMES PUT THEIR OWN SALT ON THEIR OWN FOOD???!!! Thanks, Olive Garden in Collegeville, for ruining my birthday dinner. I have been an OG customer for many years, but I will think twice before ever going...
