Stopped in for my first post-COVID closure visit. It was a Saturday afternoon. I did notice that they were sanitizing all of the carts between use, but the store was jam packed... to add to the challenge of the number of people, they still have arrows on the floor to illustrate which way people should be walking up and down the aisles. I'd go out of my way to follow the arrows, but by the time I'd get back to the aisle I wanted to go down, there was almost always someone coming toward me that was going the wrong way. Maybe that's what I get for following the rules. I feel like if the store is going to try to manage the direction of customers going up and down the aisles to truly comply with "social distancing", they need to better manage the number of people in the...

Aside from the very helpful salesperson and cashier (Olivia) both on the floor and at the register, my girlfriend lost her cell phone while shopping. We were assured by Olivia and the manager J.R. that they would contact us as soon as they found it. I actually stopped back in the store to look for her phone one more time at 8:05 PM (closing time was 8:00 PM on Sunday night) and as I walked into the store the manager stated that Olivia had JUST found the phone! Needless to say we were thrilled and wanted to publicly thank both Olivia and J.R. for their help and diligence. If you're looking for a bargain, Home Goods is definitely the place to go. You never know what you'll find, but occasionally you'll come across some really great things. The prices are very reasonable, and it's definitely worth checking out if you're looking to save some money.
