Jennifer who works at the Rally House in Collegeville is the BEST!!! I look forward to shopping there knowing that she will be there to assist us. She provides superior customer service and I sincerely hope the business realizes what an asset she is. My brother and I were in there again yesterday, she remembers us as customers and she assisted us with ordering him a Lindros t-shirt. She's FABULOUS! Every business should have a Jennifer! What a pleasure it is to shop there - and because of Jennifer. Love your merchandise too! (and Jennifer)
06/18/17 - I stopped in to pick up my ordered t-shirt and Katie waited on me. She was FABULOUS as well! She was such a sweet girl and very helpful with excellent customer service skills. It's obvious your business has staff who are such assets to the Rally House. I love stopping in there! I would have stayed longer to shop but the last few times I stopped in the store, it was unusually hot, so I imagine the A/C system had problems. Thanks!
03/15/21 - I just love Rally House! Jennifer the manager is a gem! She always remembers me and my brother and is extremely helpful in helping me pick out something! She is a pleasure to talk to and I look forward to shopping there again...
Read moreHave never been treated so rudely and inappropriately by a manager in the retail industry. Liz the so called âmanagerâ was completely rude and disrespectful when we tried to return items with a gift receipt. We were told to go browse the store and pick out what we wanted because it makes their job easier to do it that way. Even though we told her that we had very little time to shop. It was almost like she was refusing to gift us the gift card first even though it was our money to spend. We said we donât have a lot of time and she responded rudely âitâs Monday there wonât be any linesâ. She took the items we were trying to return with the gift receipt and kept them behind the counter and didnât tell us how much they were worth so we knew what we could spend. When we asked she said âI donât know, like 100$â after attempting to look up the prices for about 5 seconds. Then after picking out 2 items and going back to check out it was $15 less than that. She made the whole experience very unpleasant and she was extremely unprofessional. Very unfortunate that someone with that attitude is in charge of dealing...
Read moreUnfortunately, I had a poor experience shopping with Rally House last week. My son is heading to college this week and he wanted to get some banners for his dorm room. The cashier asked us if we wanted a bag, and that they cost 10 cents. We were surprised, and didn't think it reflected well of the business. We didn't buy a bag and placed the items on the back seat of the car. One of the items was not there when we got home. I called the store, but they weren't willing to do anything to make our shopping experience feel any better. He said it was not Rally House's policy, but that the county required they charge for bags. I have lived in Montgomery County for 25 years, and have never heard of this policy. This is not the first time I have encountered an annoying, picky policy designed to sacrifice customer service and loyalty at Rally House. I made sure the employee knew that an $11.00 purchase had cost him a positive experience with Rally House. He seemed to think no action needed to be taken...
