We used home delivery while VOOC stores were closed without problems but there was a glitch with our latest order. I contacted Dennis via email explaining what was omitted and what I received instead. I wound up sending a photo of the wrongly-included products. I was notified next day that he understood what went wrong and would rectify it today. Not only did I receive delivery of the correct product but VOOC repeated my original order with extras, and included a handwritten note apologizing for the good and inconvenience, and hoping the extra products would make up for it. Simply the best! I continue to buy their garlic flavored olive oil as well as their blood orange. These are fantastic oils for cooking. The blood orange is useful in salads. The garlic flavor saves time and enhances any dish using garlic. They also have a sicilian lemon white balsamic vinegar that is extraordinary. VOOC, aka Venice Olive Oil Company, is a GEM of a shop. The olive oils and the vinegars are nectar-like. In fact, at a garden party yesterday there were four vying to be VOOC's #1 fan! My personal favorites are the mango balsamic, the traditional balsamic, and the exquisite "regular" but so beyond good olive oil. Don't miss the food and utensils in the back room.
