Tyler Hood - State Farm Insurance Agent — Attraction in Vinings

Firstly, I have no claims no accidents nothing on my drivers license no tickets. I also take the drivers defensive course every three years, but my insurance continues to go up every six months and of course they say it’s because of the claims in Georgia which I’m still trying to understand what that has to do with me and why I’m paying for everyone else’s accidents But the last straw for me with this company is for the past three months their billing system has been completely off. I called in November to see what I could do to get my insurance cheaper. I had a $250 deductible and so they said if I raised it to $500 that my bill would be $288. I got a bill in December for $288 and I paid. For my January bill it went back up to the original $310. When I called to see why this was the agent just kept saying I think this is the reason I think this is the reason I explained to him that I think is not acceptable. I need an exact reason of why my insurance went up. He took four hours. He calls me back And still does not have a reason he just kept saying well I think it’s because of this or I think it’s because of that unprofessional that’s what they are at this office unprofessional. Before I called to change my deductible, he said my insurance was $282 a month and now it’s $288 a month But cannot explain to me how that’s possible if I raised my deductible in order to get a cheaper price! I just feel like I’m being taken advantage of and lied too! At this point, I’m not sure if I’m disgusted with State Farm or disgusted...

I needed to change insurance companies, the rate increase was off the charts crazy! I called three different insurance companies comparing apples to apples so I would know if I was getting a good deal or not. Before I placed the calls I looked at reviews of the insurance companies that had 100 to 300 minimum reviews. We are over 60 with no accidents, wrecks or tickets, both with a great driving record. I noticed that Tyler Hood State Farm Office excelled in all of their reviews. When I called the office for the estimate I spoke with a young man by the name of Hayden Minix. He was polite, professional, he was on point and very informative. When I asked him to compare apples to apples from my existing policy he did exactly what I asked him to do. I mentioned I was looking for lower rates. He worked with me and gave me options that benefited my husband and I. We received better coverage for less than what the other 2 companies estimates were, in addition too, the new rates quoted from my existing insurance company. I have called him back three or four times to ask questions and each time he was professional courteous taking care of everything that I’ve asked him about. If you need insurance I would suggest giving State Farm - Tyler Hood Agency a call and ask for Hayden. I do not know him personally. I’m not one of those that get paid to post good reviews. i was in the process of finalizing my paperwork for an insurance company i had just talked to when Mr Isaiah Brown from Statefarm called me. I told him i had just got insurance and he asked what i was paying and i told him and he said that it sounded too high and would i like him to give me a quote that he was sure i would like his numbers better. i told him it was a prior ticket i had that made it high and he said it should not be that high for one speeding ticket so i said sure, as i was impressed with his confidence and salesmanship. 15 minutes later i was officially a Statefarm customer. For half the cost of what i was going to be paying the other insurance company (which was the cheapest i could find after a morning of searching) for just comprehensive vehicle only, i was able to get not only comprehensive for my vehicle but also a renters policy and a term life insurance policy. all for under what i would have been paying the "cheaper" company. needless to say i am one happy camper. thanks Mr Brown and Statefarm. and if you are looking for good insurance and dont think you would find it under one of the "Big" name companies like i did, call them you might walk away happy...
