Our initial consultation was great. I always do my comps before I reach out to agents, and Renee did not disappoint, she showed up prepared with the neighborhood analysis and comps that are directly a reflection of my home not just in location, but in size, number of rooms, condition and consideration for the surrounding amenities to really give us a good valuation of where our house stands in the market. Some other agents may provide more superficial analysis, which usually leads to improper pricing and ultimately a net loss for you.
Renee, really listened to the concerns we had working with other agents in the past, and took her time to understand what we needed, to make sure that the process was as stress free for us as possible. Additionally, her staging team was absolutely amazing. They came by, did a quick but comprehensive walkthrough, scheduled our staging, and were in and out within just a few hours, all while doing an amazing job making our house look incredible.
