Walnut Creek Farmers' Market (by CCCFM) — Attraction in Walnut Creek

The produce is pretty good and very fresh. Street musicians that come are very good as well. I like the variety within the limitations of the farmers market i.e. limited refrigeration. While many stolls are cash only, the city used to offer a way to purchase some kind of cash equivalents with your credit card. The location is very convenient and there is a parking structure across the street (no, not Target. Please do not use it. People want to shop at Target as well). My only issue is that prices often approach or exceed Whole Foods levels, which is tough to stomach. That said, they do offer discount in the last hour or so before the market shuts down. Perfect Day for a visit to to the fresh, bright 🌞 and beautiful Walnut Creek Farmer's Market today. Purchased everything we'll need for tomorrow's get together with family. Really appreciate 🙏 being able to see, try, buy and ask questions. Vast selection of growing herbs, fresh mushrooms, cut flowers, seasonal fruits, fresh vegetables, cut herbs and some meats/seafood to round out to visit. Fewer than normal vendors this visit - uncertain if this is due to the large even in Civic Park today or shrinking of the mart - hope...

I went here on a Sunday morning about 8:30ish, lots of parking across building, lots of fresh from the farm vegetables, fruits, meats, fish and cooked food as well. I am missing the Asian greens like sweet potato leaves, bitter melon leaves, malunggay and the other green gold's. Looking forward for management to invite some farmers to sell these. But I was able to buy fresh Thai basil and fresh green beans. Right prices on the produce. Good experience and had fun. Will...
