I wish I could give 5 stars to this store that I love… I am a frequent buyer but tonight the experience with Diana was the worst, I called the store to make sure I could return two items without the receipt and she said I can, I drove 25 minutes but the lines were huge and I chose to come back again another time, which I did just to learn that she can’t make the refund to my card, instead of taking accountability she refused to acknowledge she gave me the wrong information right after remember about my call and dismiss me in a way that made me write this review because as a client I deserved at least a smile or an apology in a perfect world.

I don’t have any problem following the rules and I was not rude with her, she was only dealing with a customer expressing a valid disappointment that caused me to drive back and forth with two babies when she could’ve be clear about the returning policies when I called a few days ago.

Diana, learn to take accountability and treat your clients...

I went for the first time looking for flavored syrup. I found what I was looking for immediately. The store was clean and easy to navigate. The reason for the 4 star review is because when I was in line waiting to cash out, I noticed that just about EVERY single cashier was really pushing their customers to sign up for the tjmaxx card and or the reward card. I actually heard one cashier non stop telling the customer he really should apply for the cc because if he did apply and was approved he would save $13 on his order. Multiple times I heard him so no he wasn't interested but the cashier kept badgering him about it. When it was my turn to be cashed out, the cashier started to tell me about the cc and reward card. When I FIRMLY told her I wasn't interested she stopped trying to talk me into applying. I found the badgering of multiple customers ( after the customers already said they were not...

There was a woman and a kid putting towels away then the lady smarts off and says I hate when people do that and looked at my wife on the other end of the aisle and then max says oh I know then the kid max comes out from his aisle and my wife says am i in your way? He screams out YUPPP like Dave off of storage wars so then I go up and we have a few words then he starts talking loud and cussing so I matched his energy and come back a little harder then he started walking off still talking. I finally calm down a little and I goto chat with Sophia the awesome manager, she talked very nicely to my wife about the situation and also gave us a $50 gift card. I cannot say enough good about her and the rest of the staff. Just the max kid and the lying older woman are TERRIBLE… I would give it a five star if this situation didn’t happen but max and the older lady have no right treating anyone how they did.
