ABC Boba Tea & Smoothie — Attraction in Waxahachie

I'm absolutely disappointed with how my family and I we're treated today.When you first walked in we were not welcome in by staff. We continued to look over drink menu, place out order a total of four drinks my husband paid the cashier with CASH she took the money. My husband,my children and I are still standing by the cashier when this all took place) my husband went ahead& also left a cash tip for the girl and boy in the back helping make drinks. We proceeded to go wait at a table and play games with our kids. Keep in mind they were not busy at all when this took place. The boy from the back comes out from the kitchen to tell my husband we were $4 short and some cents. My husband and I are like well if thats so why did it take tall this long to come out and why didn't the cashier say something. I'm not sure why you sent someone that's working in the back that didn't take our order or money to come out the side kitchen door tell us while his hold some cash in he's hand.. My husband hands him a $100 bill the boy looks at my husband and says we can't take a $100. At this point we are speechless. I'm convinced some of these young workers really don't know how to count money they depend on debit and credit cards. My husband tells them to cancel the order, we would like our money back the boy instead said we can't give you the money out the tip jar cause we don't know how much you put in it ... My husband said that fine. We just want the cash for the drink orders he hand it back to my husband. My husband said well let keep the two drink for the kids. We paid for our kids two drinks. As I waited for my babies drink orders the girl cashier came out with them and hand me a fully punch boba card for my next visit for a free drink. This hold experience today was embarrassing. I truly hope they get it together with the staff here or customer won't want to come back. I'll make sure to make my business and my money to the other boba...

This was my first time trying this place out and I love bubble tea! I have been to many places so I was really excited to try this place out. Well I had a some questions about the menu and the lady working had no idea what I was talking about and it was on their menu. Well then I just ordered a coconut milk tea which I knew I would like I asked for a medium and got charged for a large when I let her know that she then tried to hand me the medium cup even though I got charged for a large. I also order a triple chocolate Mochi Ice cream which she spent forever looking for so then I had to pick another flavor because she could not find it. I finally got my milk tea that has been sitting behind the counter for awhile and it was Luke warm. So I couldn't even drink it. Milk tea has to be COLD! this had like 4 ice chips in it. I do have to say the place...

An exceptional lineup of flavors to choose from! I'm so thankful we finally have a boba place here in sunny Waxahachie, I only wish I had discovered it sooner. I typically go for the matcha green tea smoothie with tapioca pearls, but lately I have been branching out and trying some of the other flavors. The pineapple and kiwi are really tasty. The passion fruit slush with tapioca pearls is another go-to favorite. I'm eventually going to give the milk teas a try, they look amazing too. They offer a great selection of mochi and have a wide array of boba and jellies to spruce up your drink!...
