Smokes N Edibles — Attraction in Waxahachie

I have frequented my fair share of smoke shops and this one by far has been my best experience. I didn’t even get the mans name that helped me but he made me feel like I was home... my life is currently in shambles and my anxiety has been so dang awful so when I walked in I was anxious and knew what I wanted but wasn’t completely sure about it and I just have this constant panic in my mind and THIS MAN Y’ALL. He made my shopping experience so wonderful. He gave me a free sample of some of their edibles I literally walked into that store panicking and walked right out feeling calm and content and for that I will forever shop here. No matter what I need in my endeavors THIS IS MY STORE. Reasonable prices, amazing customer service and it was clean and not full of clutter. Smoke shops genuinely give me anxiety because it looks like they just throw everything on whatever shelf and call it a day. This place has extraordinary organizational skills. Fantastic shop, and my quality of life has DRAMATICALLY improved since they opened. I've tried a variety of CBD products before settling on this store for my weed-related needs. My only gripe comes from an employee that actively tried her best to talk me away from a Hometown Hero E-liquid. Through multiple visits I've determined that she tried the liquid in too high of a wattage in terms of vape mods, but it didn't stop her from trying to talk me out of the product even after I'd purchased something that handled the fluid no issue. I went back today asking if there would be any restocking only to hear from her that there would be no restock. According to her (admittedly biased opinion), customers complained about the product and there would be no future restock. I wouldn't even care normally, but the FDA made it impossible to buy my efluid directly from Hometown Hero online. I leave this review in hopes that the discrimination against their own products stops and I can just buy what works for me...

I bought a shredder grinder from there store which cost 25$. I took home used once realized threads were messed up. I called store back in that moment and let them know it was faulty. I was told by the employee no problem bring it back and they would take care of it. I was not able to make it in until Tuesday after work. Stopped in and was refused any help with there fully product. Was told no refund no exchange. They should stand behind product they sale. I was told because it was used they would not help me. Again like I told them how would I know it's faulty unless I used it. And it was once. I have had lots of good experiences in the past. But this is less then acceptable. And if thats how the back product its simply to risky to purchase anything there due to the policy of sorry about your bad luck! Very disappointed surely you all...
