At Home — Attraction in Wayne

As a customer who shops at bed bath and beyond and home goods all the time, this store is great because they have everything plus more in one mega store at such AMAZING prices...however, I can’t give it a 5 star rating unfortunately because of the customer service. My first time in, I had a huge 8 x 10 rug in a small cart by myself trying to hold and push the cart at the same time, making it clear that I was struggling (adding in, that I am a small 5 foot girl who is very clearly pregnant) and every single employee I passed watched me walk by and continued talking to another employee, didn’t even ask if I (the customer) needed help. Another trip I made in the store, I walked passed the register girl who I didn’t know at the moment was the register girl because she was dressed in normal clothing and I stood right behind her waiting for someone to help me at the register, nothing for 10 minutes, I then had to proceed to go find somebody to help me, while the girl who should have been at register was too busy fighting with another employee...I’ve never seen a store with NOBODY at the registers or a worker right next to the register totally ignoring the customer, it’s not like I was going anywhere else, it was clear I could only go to the register or out of the store, which is also poor service at that point because anybody could have just taken a cart full of unpaid items and...

Love this place! I was searching forever for a specific lantern online images and after days of searching I finally found a similar lantern. I couldn’t purchase online so I figured I would take the 25 minute drive. The place did not disappoint and worth the drive. I am a regular at home goods and wanted something more. It had aisle and aisle of lanterns, decor, etc.... I was pressed on time so spent an hour here but could have spent more time. I think I did well I was able to browse halff the store at least for what I really was interested in. . Anyway I found what I was looking for and purchased another item so was happy. Next time I will plan to spend more time in the area. Some items are I think a little overpriced but some priced fairly. I don’t mind if I really love the item and there were unique things here. There is also a Burlington Coat factory and mall right there so will plan on a day I can do...

Do not trust the next day delivery service, nor Kayla who is supposed to help. Drivers do not leave messages, nor text to tell you who is calling, why, and what the time frame is. Kayla offered a discount after my order was never delivered and automatically cancelled, and never applied it to my subsequent larger purchase, nor followed up, or even responded to any of my texts after my order was delivered. My items were left outside on my front steps for the world to see, even though they said they would not leave items due to theft. I feel I was fraudulently enticed by a discount to make a sale by an associate, and that is obviously not right. Picking up items and having them delivered by a real shipping company is probably fine, but the next day delivery service is an absolute mess and should be avoided or revamped.
