Five Below — Local services in Wayne

It was awful. My daughter had just gotten a very nice pair of expensive holographic adidas superstars for her birthday. They were about two weeks old. We walked into 5 below, looking for things for our fourth of july party. We were towards the back corner or the store. On one wall there was some cheap makeup, and on the other was water guns and 4th of july decorations. There was nail polish on the way other end of the wall, nowhere near where we were. She took a step backwards, and stepped in a puddle of nail polish. There was a shattered bottle and no one in the store even bothered to clean it up. When we asked someone for help, they gave us a tissue and told us to stop leaving nail polish tracks all over the store. My daughter had taken her shoe off, and it wasn't anywhere near the ground. Overall, the prices may be good but their products are cheap and break after 5 minutes of use, the staff is ignorant and doesn't bother to help anyone, and the store is messy and everywhere you look there is things thrown around. I wish I could give 0 stars, I will never return...

This is one of the worst five below's that I have ever been to in my life they are messy everything cost more than $5 the staff were rude and manager would not come to the front to speak with me when I pointed out to that items were mislabeled. This five below perpetually looks like it's going out of business it's always a mess and it's always a lot of people loitering in the aisles and the merchandise is all over the place. Many of the items at this five below are mispriced and say 5.00 even though they ring up as 7.00 dollars and the staff won't do anything to remedy the issue. This five below is poorly stocked and no longer carries many of the items that used to especially in the clothing section. Items at this five below are overpriced and going as high as 35.00 for things that look like they should be at Spirit Halloween instead of at five below. Place was gross! Stuff all over the floor. Shelves not stocked. 1 young man running around trying to fix things while 3 young ladies stood up by the self check out talking about their nationalities and how it relates to their dating preferences. All were teens I believe. If you are going to force me to ring my own purchase at least use that staff to clean and stock the store. Invest some of the saved cashier wages into training your staff. They were completely useless. You could 100% tell none of them were managers. Which probably means the manager is a back room dictator. This company has truly...
