This gym doesnt actually deserve a zero! They dont have a staff!!! When i first signed up for this gym, they offered me to sign up for their personal training program too. I just got one session then my personal trainer left me. I still have 4 remaining sessions. I always approach one of the front desk staff, they've always asked for my number yet NO ONE contacted me! I gave them a chance. After several months, I made a follow up again. I told the FRONT DESK i still have remaining sessions from my last package and I wanted to speak to a trainer. A trainer (Talon) talked to me and helped me out. He also told me if im interested i can avail another package which I was convinced afterwards. He helped me but he's from another branch(from sugarland) so he handed me over to another trainer who is apparently the PT manager(eric) . However, the PT manager from this branch sucks! I booked a session with him he said yes the night before my training but he did not show up on the day of training. Ive asked the front desk but nothing! He just told me to wait. I texted eric but he did not reply to my texts as well! What the heck! Im not happy with this gym anymore and I felt demotivated. Talon said he is going to train me I said no because I do not want to be played around with all these alibi and bullshit! They just keep on luring people to become a member and sign up for PT but could not even care anymore once you paid them. Ive cancelled everything! Talon is so persistent and keeps on sending me messages to train with him. Doesnt he get it? I lost interest already, I had a bad experienxe and I told him that I want to cancel everything.It is still not beyond 24hrs since availed the package. Talon said that I cant cancel it. That is another bullshit! I lost interest already because of your poor customer service and promises that are made to be broken?! Now, I always got messages and email. He booked all of my trainings with WITHOUT even asking me and getting my approval!!!! That is a violation of my right as a customer. You cannot just decide for me Talon!!!    Read moreMy sister and I were in town visiting my mother for her 65th birthday and she wanted to share her experience of Zumba class with us while we were here. She goes everyday to this gym and has a lifetime membership with them that allows 2 guests free so we showed up excited to check out the class. They denied us access to the class because we were not local residents and tried to charge us $25/person for a guest pass. They said their policy/insurance doesnât cover guests that arenât local. Iâm not sure if this is accurate or not but I dont understand the difference of us being a guest that doesnât pay verse a guest that does and how that legally changes the insurance coverage. It doesnât seem right. A year ago I was able to go for the same class at the same location with the same instructor with my mom as a guest and had no issues. It was fun and I got a good workout. Itâs unfortunate that this time my sister and I couldnât have a similar experience and fulfill my momâs birthday wish to share this experience. The manager didnât even bother to check her membership to confirm. All the issues caused her to miss part of the class as well. As someone who has a similar role in customer service I know there are ways to handle this situation better which is why Iâm disappointed.

The first time I asked for a trainer and sign the contract. I asked them if I need it for only one month(8 classes/per month). Then if I liked it and it's working for me I will renew it month by month. And then confirm this. But after the fourth class, I found that they did not qualify for technical training, they did not have a program following. and they are talking a lot. so you can lose your training time. So I decide to not continue. Then I figured out that they changed me another month for $480, I called them, and contact the manager, and the main office. And I discovered they lying to me. And they will charge me another month. They told me we send you the contract. Which is If you need to cancel you have to give us a notification before 30 days ( I ask them to check the camera and see what I asked them the first time, but they refuse). I told them also if I sign the next day needs that means I have to pay for two months at least. So I don't prefer to use this location, especially because they lying and in my opinion, they stole your money and forth you to pay at least two months for nothing.
