The place was very crowded but my problem was the employees even in different departments they were rude and when I tried to checkout the floor supervisor and several other employees were casual talking while a cashier was asking for help then when the supervisor finally acknowledged her she just brushed her off and told her to ask someone else while this was going on the lines were backed up and instead of opening registers and helping to clear the congestion the supervisor and other employees continued to stand there making casual conversation and when I mentioned this to the floor supervisor she was rude and snobby to me and brushed me off they also do not use digital registers so you have to wait for cashiers to use a calculator to get your total for your purchase making checking...

I'm a frequent patron of all things Pappas. I visited the Center at Baybrook to access the Pappas Seafood Kitchen location here.
