My husband and I couldn't be happier with the outstanding personal service and excellent craftsmanship at Warwick Jewelers. We consulted with Marc in regards to jewelry that needed to be repaired and a ring to be designed. Marc was personable and insightful, offering recommendations. We trusted him with our jewelry. Our wedding rings and my engagement ring were in desperate need of attention (30 years old) and repair. When we picked up our rings, we felt like newlyweds! The rings looked brand new, shiny and the diamonds so brillant. We cannot be happier. The repairs and ring design prices were affordable, honest and we did not feel taken advantage of. My husband brought his watch to have his band replaced. A male employee told him he will need to keep the watch overnight to replace and would call the next day when the work is done. Nothing happened on the next day. On the third day after still not hearing anything my husband drove back to ask about his watch. A female employee found it lying in a drawer with the old band still on. The male employee was still there and told my husband he never choose which band he wanted so he couldn't do the work. When my husband asked why nobody bothered to call him the guy just said "it happens" and then he made a rude comment toward my husband so he took the watch and left. We will never go back to that...

I bought a ring from them a few years ago which I loved and unfortunately lost. I finally went in again last month to find a replacement and was kicked out immediately due to store hours. Online it says they close at 4:30 but apparently that is NOT true, I went in at 3:50 which I thought I had enough time but they told me to leave because closing time was at 4:00! I hate to come in right before closing so I get it but my trip would've been an in & out within 15-20 minutes which would've been achieved if they in fact closed at 4:30!
