Yellowstone stone was beautiful. A lot of people very busy place. Most were there to see Old Faithful geyser. It took over an hour from the West gate to get to Old Faithful geyser due to people were either slowing down or trying to pull over to see the heard of Buffalo. After the Buffalo sitting the traffic seemed to move quicker other than they had street guys stripping the road which held it up a bit im not sure why they choose a Saturday to do the stripping but whatever. It was beautiful. Stuff was kinda pricy but worth it for probably the one and only time we will be going. Definitely a place to take your kids too. Weather was perfect. Read morePark in West Yellowstone with playground and public restrooms that are clean (Not vault toilets). Area to walk your leashed dog and poop bags with trash can. Pavilion with picnic tables. Seperate tables away from pavilion. This park has grills. Angled parking lot (with handicap slots) and angled parking along three sides. Parallel parking along Canyon Street. Extremely clean and well maintained. At this point, volleyball net is in place. Check for special events (old car show, etc.). Be mindful if walking in the well manicured grass, water sprinklers are buried and turn on suddenly at random times...

Just watch out for the landmines, as the locals treat it as their dog toilet, literally parking, letting dogs out unaccompanied to do their business. While exercising, I had to avoid no less than 4 piles. When kid got out to let dogs back in the car, I inquired if he was going to pickup after them. Response: " oh did he go" 🤣
