If I could go give a 0 I would. In the 23 years of coming to West Yellowstone a few times a year. Bought shoes here multiple times. When I went in today while trying to buy some boots the man at the counter was upset that my fiance had his phone on at a louder volume, He's hard of hearing but that wasn't even the point. The man thought it was the right thing to get upset with me and say " his phone is so loud what do you think this is, Walmart!? Are you even from around here!?!". He didn't choose to be a man and let my fiance know that he thought it was too loud he choose to get mad at me. There were a couple other customers in the store, after telling my son he wasnt getting the toy he wanted or the boots, and I put my shoe back on and did not try on any other boots, I waited for the other two customers to leave before letting this man know that it was very rude the way he said what he said and he continued to be rude and told me to just go to a big box store. I tried to explain I was trying to put money into a smaller shop as it's off season. He was rude and gave a fake apology and I let him know it wasn't about an apology but next time don't demonize a "tourist". His attitude makes me so grateful my parents didn't move up here full time, I would never want to be a bitter local in a tourist town like him. Stopped in front of the store the beginning of last week and what I'm guessing was just an employee (definitely a Karen) comes out and was rude to my sister. We had three kids getting out of car seats (two different vehicles, so it took a few minutes to get everyone out). We had intentions of shopping inside until she rudely walks out and asked if we would be "parking here all day".... So we got back in the car and left..... Who does that?!?! Don't waste...

I've taken a look at the selection here, and it just so happens that the location is ideal for price gouging. I'm not a fan, particularly since I was recommended to go to this location since it was close to sledding, but they were charging $7+ for a sled that broke mid-sled.
