I first went an saw Hannah and she gave me a very beautiful longer bob haircut. I am suffering from hair loss and at first we thought this would be a smart way to go. I wasn’t feeling settled and I called in and was able to get a “fix cut” with Raquel. Raquel did an AMAZING job on my hair, where Hannah did amazing at talking through what keeping my hair longer and helping hide balding spots, Raquel heard where I just wanted a complete fresh start and she helped take my longer bob to an edgier shape and layers to get used to having short hair. This next time she helped give me an amazing pixie and even with my hair loss my hair has NEVER looked so full. She talked through how to style it too and also asked if I liked the cut as she was shaping it. BOTH stylists were AMAZING and I would not be upset to be serviced by Hannah again. That being said I think I clicked better with Raquel and I can’t wait for my next cut! **Also both stylists were very communicative, professional, and didn’t seemed to mind if I talked or was more quiet. They moved swiftly, but never made the appointment feel rushed. If I asked about products I felt as if they were very honest as well if something would work well with my hair and not just pushing things on me. Additionally, Raquel had another client processing her color and was able to be attentive to both of us. Neither client was just “sitting and waiting around.” Lastly, EVERYONE in the salon makes you feel welcomed and I love that the girl upfront empathized my anxiety and then when I came up cheered, “OMG THAT CUT IS SO YOU! You look amazing!” And was so genuine and sweet! I feel bad I didn’t get her name but it was on Christmas Eve...

Monica is so knowledgeable and skilled! I had a poor experience before (with a different location and person) when trying to embrace my silver and go as light as fast as possible (so I could stop dying my formerly brunette hair). The other person simply would not lighten my hair without also undoing her own work (and costing me more time and so much money)... I jept thinking she'd eventually get my hair pearly light... But when she added brynette, and I was back to square one, I sought out a new person - after decades with the former one.

Monica took me THERE! She consulted with me and recommended wellaplex to help my hair withstand the stress, and knew the # volume and formulas (and used perfect timing to use in order to achieve an AMAZING pearly white effect) that allowed my natural color to blend seamlessly as new growth arrived.

I am being nice to say I have a mixed feeling of this place, but what I really feel is I am not going back to this place. It’s my first time using their service. I liked it be quick responsive, easy access. But I feel my service was very much rushed. The hairstylist did not pay attention to the care of my hair, instead kept talking about their products for me to buy. She rushed through the coloring, only covered the root, left the other part alone. Cutting was very rushed too. I literally feel like I was a product of a machine, being thrown out of it before I recognized anything!

I definitely will not go back to this place.
