Me and my fiance came here for my engagement ring to be repaired. The ring was his grandmother's and needed to be repaired in some areas since it had a lot of wear on it. The workers there are very sweet and friendly.

I will say that when I got the ring back that the dimond was raised more and the band was a slight bit bigger than before. I personally was fine with these changes because I liked the look of the dimond being raised and my fingers will probably gain some weight so it's not a big deal to me personally. I am very confident though that if I had asked them they would have changed it to be a better fit in the band and put the dimond back down. I have been wearing the ring for a few months now and am pretty happy with it, I might take it in to have the band put back to the right size but not sure yet.
