Rude Trendz — Local services in Westland

I love coming here. I would definitely disregard any negative reviews. Waiting for a place to open or for someone to return from the bank and then posting a bad review is pretty ridiculous. They chose to stand there and wait and this is a small business, not a Walmart. Who I assume to be the owner is the only person I've seen in there, so she is working her butt off every week. It's not that much of a hassle to come back another time. Anyways, I used to live down the street and just stopped by for my first time since I've moved. I came for some tunnels and left with some beautiful press on nails! I've been telling everybody that asks about them to go check the store out. It's definitely my favorite store in the area. I'm happy to see some of my friends posting...

I've been to Rude Trendz a few times. Most times they're helpful. I get there at 10:15am. There's a clock. And it reads..."Will return at 10:20am". Which was odd to me. Since they opened at 10. So I stand there until 10:27am. I called inside. Thinking that maybe the clerk was in the back. No one answered. As I return to my car. A white truck pulled in So my wife says. "Ask her how much time does she need before we can go in". As I rolled my window down to ask. The clerk is getting out of her WHITE truck. With her ICED COFFEE. Never looking in oir direction. With the MEANEST look on her face! Nope! We didn't even bother going in. I WILL NEVER RETURN...

Sold me a pair of guages, didnt ask questions, and ended up buying the wrong size. Anyone that sells guages or plugs should have known to ask about the customers size and asked if they knew what size was next...not just take the money and be ok with it..

Lmao I was just in there today and bought guages.. all you did was sit and make a necklace.. you didnt double check you just said if we need anything let you know, we did, you grabbed them but ASKED NOTHING ABOUT MY SIZES..
