*UPDATE: I'm very happy to say my rings have been corrected perfectly! Wanda was instrumental in her suggestions and now I'm wearing both rings. She recommended to have them welded together and remove the original speed bumps that were inside the band. This accommodated my injured knuckle lumps much better. They look beautiful and I love the final results. I also purchased a beautiful two toned starburst etched band to wear while I'm at work. You have to check out their selection of estate jewelry! i brought my 25+ year old wedding rings to be fixed. The salesman doing the intake told me that in order to "get through these screens" to complete the intake process, i had to state a value. I was unsure. since he was a professional salesman in a jewelry store wearing diamond jewelry, i asked him to put whatever he thought. On my way out, i noticed the extremely low number he put. i immediately turned around and asked if this was in the event of loss (i.e. fire, theft, etc.) and he said yes. i was so offended at his disregard of the importance of this part of the intake, and the extremely low value he put on the form - that i got my rings back and left. i wrote a letter to the owner expressing my concern and dismay, and asked for a phone call from her. i received a voicemail stating that she knows she has excellent staff and is sorry that we could not do business. i feel that this could be quite a liability in the event of a loss - the insurance company will only pay what is on that form.
