My family and I had a very sweet waitress who was attentive and professional. She interacted well with my 3 and 5 year olds and was very intelligent (she was a college student so I told her she was a natural with children and she should consider becoming a teacher but sadly she had chosen another field of study). The kitchen was very very slow in preparing the food which was angering many customers throughout the restaurant. Everyone was complaining to their servers but our waitress' great customer service really saved the day for us. It is very difficult to keep a 3 and 5 year old quietly engaged when they are hungry but our server managed it seamlessly. Aside from the slow kitchen, the other thing that really bothered me was that I could hear a woman in the back screaming and berating the staff. I asked a waiter who that was and he explained it was their manager. I couldn't get over how unprofessional and abusive her language was toward her staff. Aside from it being wrong, I don't think that is something that the customers should hear or see. Despite the great server, I left there wondering if I'd ever return (even though my 5 year old loves their personal pan pizzas.) That visit was 6 or 7 months ago. Since my daughter had been asking to go back to Pizza Hut, I decided to give it another try. We went in hoping to get the same server we had 6-7 months ago. I did not get her name but described her to the best of my ability. The staff was fairly certain they knew who I was speaking about and gave me the bad news that she was no longer with Pizza Hut. The service I received on this visit was mediocre at best. I won't be back to Pizza any time in the...
Read moreWe WERE frequent customers at this restaurant before the lockdown due to their friendly service and atmosphere. We did not mind driving all the way from Owings Mills because of this. We came back yesterday as it's been a long time since we were there and we were craving for their garlic knots and stuffed crust pizza.
As soon as we arrived, we noticed an empty parking lot but they had some welcome signs at their windows, "Dine In is now Open", "Be our guest", etc. When we entered, the store was empty and no one there to greet us so we we went looking for anyone who can sit us. We waited in front of their open kitchen door and asked if anyone is there. Some faint voice said something about the carryout window. We responded that we came to dine in. Then all of a sudden, an angry lady appeared at the kitchen door and with an annoyed and loud dragon voice told us that they don't have any servers and we have to wait for the food and carry it ourselves to the dining area, if we want eat in. Our immediate response was "OK..." and then walked straight out the door.
We vowed never to return to this Pizza Hut location. You lost two good and regular customers!!!
P.S. As we did not want to waste our out of way drive, so we went straight to the Olive Garden that was close by and had very fun dinner...
Read moreWe went to dine in last Saturday night for stuffed crust pizza and cinnamon rolls. Both items we ordered we cooked well and delicious! Unfortunately, everything else about our visit was disappointing enough that we will never eat in there again.
First issue was the filth. Each table was dirtier than the next. Some still had dirty dishes on them and yet, the place was completely empty. I couldn't even try to offer the excuse that the staff got slammed; we were literally the only customers.
Second issue was the service, or lack thereof. We were directed to seat ourselves after ordering, and paying, at the counter. Our food was brought to us and then we never saw a staff member again. Not to see how the food was, for drink refills, nothing.
A second family came in a bit later and clearly had the same issues. We watched them walk from table to take just as we had, looking for a remotely clean one; I know this for a fact because we discussed both that, and the utter lack of service.
Again, the food was delicious, but we will never do anything from here besides...
