Office Depot — Attraction in Westminster

I cannot say enough great things about this location. I have had two really disappointing services at the Office Depot off of Ward Road in Arvada. The last one being that I gave them over a week to print photos for my daughter's graduation poster. The night before I was supposed to pick them up, they called me and said that they were having printing issues and were too backed up to have them ready in time, but I could get them in 5 days or get a refund. I needed them within 2 days so they were going to refund me. They did NOT offer me a solution. Instead, I had to call them first thing in the morning the next day to see if they would be wiling to put all my photos on a thumb drive and if there was another store who would be able to print them? They put me through the ringer but the Westminster store said NO PROBLEM and I could get them the SAME DAY! I couldn't believe it. So I went to Westminster to pick them up before they closed... sure enough, they printed 200 photos QUICKLY for me, asked if they could save me a trip if I needed anything else - stamps etc., AND... they charged me $80 LESS than the Arvada store! They said, there's no way that should have been almost $200 and charged me $100. Everyone I talked to (3 people) were so welcoming, professional, friendly... this is def the store to go to and worth the drive! When I opened all my photos, they even hand wrote a personal note, they def went the extra mile. I wish I could remember everyone's name but what great leadership here. Thank you all for your help...

I am a sewer and now purchase digital patterns that need to be printed! It is hard to find somewhere for the small sized patterns to get color copies on good paper for a price that won’t bankrupt you! I just happened to look up what it would be here and was completely surprised! For just a few cents more I asked for a thicker paper for some color prints of the patterns (not the pattern itself). I like to have the picture of the pattern and the variations for reference! With digital patterns you are now able to just print the pieces that require a pattern. Ruffles, straight skirts, sashes, waistbands and straps are rectangles and you just need the measurements..no need to print out that! This saves on paper and allows me to make the 8 1/2 x11 color copies and tape together. Those who sew know what I’m talking about! I have small grandkids so the patterns are small. The patterns that have too many pages or when the sizes get bigger or the pattern is a complicated one or pants I will send to a printer and put them on the AO size. Now I can purchase the patterns I have been waiting to buy because I just couldn’t afford the copies! I would have to spend 4 times what the pattern costs! Not anymore! Thank you Office Depot! Oh and it was a quick turn around for the order too! Also easy to download the files and I’m not very Savy on...

I came to the store today to make some copies of a flyer that I had printed put. I used the color copy machine and when they printed out I noticed that the colors did not really match at all. The black was also very faint and almost look like a dark gray. I asked the girl to print them for me because maybe their copier would have darker ink. I thought I would be charge the same amount as the self serve since the other machine didn't seem to be working properly but she charged me the higher fee because I asked her to do it.

I also needed a few things laminated and had called earlier in the day and was told it was 1.99 per sheet. When I arrived I was told it was 2.49. They did price match but only after I insisted. The manager was the person that told me the incorrect price. I was laminating an 8 x 11 that was cut in two pieces and instead of them cutting it in half again after it was laminated, she just handed it to me for me to cut. Normally this would not be a big deal but I had just been to Staples a few days before and had much better service. It's also concerning that the manager of the store doesn't know the prices or didn't take the time to verify.

I will not be returning to this...
