Lux Bond & Green — Attraction in Westport

Ok, so before I commence this review, I need you all to fully understand that I am an avid reviewer, so please take heed to everything I am about to say to fully understand the experience I had at this establishment and know that it is coming from a genuine place. I started this way because I truly am really taken aback by all of the emotions I am feeling after having a dream fulfilled. Through years of denials and constantly searching for my grail Rolex watch, I was at the point of completely giving up hope. I really just wanted something to commemorate the eventual success of my company, and accomplishing certain milestones. Everywhere I turned, I was met with the dreaded waitlists, and no calls to ever come. It is very important to understand that these waitlists are indeed valid and a necessary step in order to provide customers with certain models, while competing with the demand and low inventory. So, I know it isn't something done maliciously. I was honestly at wits' end and just hopeless. Enter Charlie at Lux, Bond, & Green. He offered a very warm welcome; listened to my story; and kept in contact periodically throughout the year to let me know that I was on top of mind; and, he was waiting for my particular watch to come in. Then days before my birthday, and some months passed...I get the call. It's Charlie wit the amazing news that my watch had finally arrived. The presentation at pick-up and customer service overall was just outstanding. Lisa was great as well. They all made me feel so special and welcomed, while also making a dream come true for me. This grail of mine that represented years of achievements was finally mine. And for this, I am eternally grateful. I want to take a moment to sincerely thank Lux Bond & Green for their professionalism and kindness. Over the past few years, they’ve helped me repair my father’s watch—a piece that holds deep sentimental value—and guided me through the purchase of new watches and a few other items.

Trish has been my main point of contact throughout, and I’ve also had the pleasure of interacting with several other team members. Every encounter has been a positive and memorable experience. Trish has shown great care and integrity. She clearly communicated expectations from the start, which helped avoid surprises, especially since acquiring certain watches requires patience. While waiting can sometimes be frustrating, Trish truly understood that and was always there to support me. She never overpromised and always followed through.

What made the experience even more special was Trish’s consistently positive attitude—she was always smiling, upbeat, and genuinely welcoming. Her warmth made every visit and exchange enjoyable.

I would check in with her about once a month, and each time she replied promptly, professionally, and with a personal touch that I truly appreciated. Her honesty and consistency gave me confidence that someone was genuinely looking after my requests. She also recognized and respected my deep appreciation for fine watches.

Working with Trish and the team has been a wonderful experience, and there’s no doubt I’ll be returning to Lux Bond & Green for any future...

We had a wonderful experience at Lux Bond in Westport. We worked with both Matt and Simon in choosing our engagement and wedding rings. They were both very warm and friendly, which made our memory of becoming engaged and married even more special. They were very knowledgeable on the unique characteristics and features of the different diamonds that we looked at, and gave reasonable prices for them.

In our particular case, our initial diamond choice turned out to be slightly out of our price range, and because of this, they recommended a more affordable diamond in the West Hartford store. We were impressed that they went above and beyond to do this research for us and coordinate with West Hartford. They promised us that the diamond was beautiful, and we agreed when we saw it in Westport! Kristine still gets distracted by it sometimes when she is wearing it at work! When the diamond was mounted and ready, they even let us look at it under the microscope to see its unique serial number that is carved into it, which was cool.

We highly recommend Lux Bond because you will be priced fairly, work with a staff that is knowledgeable in the field, and be treated in a genuinely warm and kind way that will make your engagement and wedding experience even more special.
